Room was clean, hotel facilities were great with a swimming pool with day beds for the hot days. The breakfast which we had included in our stay, had a great selection of both sweet and savoury foods. The location was also great and ease enough to take buses or walk to town.

A really great hotel

This is a really nice hotel with great breakfast and a very nice pool area. It is a bit noisy from the corridor though but apart frpm that it was a very good choice for us staying here

The location is imperfect if you want to have everything. But the staff are nice and breakfast is great. There is a pool and a shared kitchen. A supermarket is within walk distance. Not much options for eating out but you can save money here eating in your room.

Em um das noites, começou a chover e tinha uma goteira dentro do quarto. Acordei com o quarto alagado. Liguei para recepção e o recepcionista não sabia o que fazer. Pedi para trocar de quarto. O mesmo disse que na tinha quarto. Mas depois arranjou um quarto. Nao deram suporte n troca de quarto e nem questionaram sobre o transtorno e prejuízo causado (roupas molhadas, tablet). No outro dia, queriam que eu trocasse de quarto novamente, afim de piorar mais experiência. Enfim, não recomendo pela falta de manejo adequado com o cliente.

Check-in às 14h e check-out às 12h - 2 horas da diária surrupiadas. Em uma cidade voltada às compras, faz falta uma balança para bagagens, ainda que paga. A localização é um pouco afastada dos bares, mas há supermercado e farmácia próximos. Ônibus para a Argentina e aeroporto passa quase em frente; para o Paraguai e rodoviária, é preciso caminhar um pouco. O quarto é pequeno, com bons colchões e ótimos travesseiros. Espaço para bagagens atende só uma pessoa. Armário grande, porém com poucos cabides. Cofre funcionou, mas não há outros itens de segurança. Boa quantidade de tomadas (127V). A curta bancada permitiu o Home Office, porém a cadeira plástica sem regulagens com o tempo se torna desconfortável. TV smart, não foi ajudada pela internet Wi-Fi fraca e limitam os downloads. Frigobar pequeno e refrigeração apenas razoável. Blecaute ineficiente e lençol inadequado ao colchão prejudicam o sono. Ar-condicionado funciona bem. Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro com boa pressão, mas temperatura instável e vaso mal posicionado deixa a pessoa numa posição desconfortável. Enxoval e amenities adequados. Café da manhã bom em massas, mas sem salada de frutas. Depois da pandemia em que se "descortinou" que o álcool é um agente higienizador em ambientes de alimentação coletiva, realmente não entendo porque alguns hotéis não o oferecem. Considerando o custo-benefício e minha experiência anterior, a melhora foi grande, porém, ainda por conta da péssima experiência anterior, não o indicaria.

O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, sala de jogos, a área da piscina é excelente e agradável, quarto muito aconchegante, chuveiro maravilhoso, apenas o café que ficou a desejar, muito simples e repetitivo, ficamos 6 dias e sempre era o mesmo cardápio, tem uma localização razoável, com mercado, caixa 24h, churrascaria e bares, mas a pesar de ficar localizado no centro, fica distantes dos principais restaurantes e atrativos da noite.

Hotel bem localizado, com área de lazer boa, café da manhã completo. Os quartos são pequenos, mas para mim não foi um problema. O hotel precisa fazer algumas manutenções, mas nada gritante. O dia que chegamos tinha apenas 1 funcionários na recepção para fazer tudo, a demanda estava super alta e nos deu a chave errada do quarto. O rapaz era atencioso, mas estava sobrecarregando.
