Experiência terrível, pior hotel no qual já me hospedei na vida. Banheiro sem papel higiênico. Toalha com cabelo, roupa de cama fedida, travesseiro usado. Simplesmente terrível.preferi perder uma diária que já havia pago do que continuar hospedado nesse lixão.

O hotel é muito bom para você que quer fazer apenas compras no PY, mas para quem deseja desfrutar de Foz do Iguaçu, o hotel deixa a deseja pelo fato da distância que tem do centro, além disso é bem simples. A equipe de funcionários são excelentes, o quarto bem limpo, mas a propriedade está muito danificada e durante a minha estadia estavam fazendo uma obra, como passei o dia fora do hotel não incomodou tanto , mas para quem quer ficar mais tempo desfrutando do hotel isso pode incomodar um pouco.

Funcionários extremamente atenciosos, no auxiliaram em muitas dúvidas referentes a ida até o Paraguai. Arrumação dos quartos estavam bem feitas e banheiros muito limpos. Pontos de melhoria, o condensador do ar condicionado do quarto vizinho fazia muito barulho, gerando desconforto. Café da manhã, frutas e pães de boa qualidade, porém os frios deixa a desejar bastante.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo da ponte da amizade. Funcionários amigáveis! Em destaque a funcionária da noite (esqueci de pegar o nome dela) que foi muito simpática, precisava de creme hidratante e ela disponibilizou um pouco do dela. Meu único incômodo foi pequenas baratas no quarto.
