We had a fab time, Memories was clean, warm and inviting. We had a lovely welcome pack and Linda a Gary were so nice. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing trip away from the city life!

Great place for an anniversary getaway

My partner and I were very happy with the stay. The place was extremely nice, and close to the beach. The host were friendly and polite which made my partner and I feel very welcome. Definitely would stay here again in the future, would definitely recommend staying here.

Foxy Times at Foxton Beach

We really enjoyed our time at Memories. We were down in the Manawatu from the South Waikato for the Junior Motocross Championships so we unfortunately didn’t get to spend a lot of time at Memories, but what time we did spend there, we thoroughly enjoyed. Memories had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was devine. It was such a nice home away from home to come back to from a long day at Motocross. We would definitely recommend & stay again. All the very best, Michele & Dan

A great stay at Memories

This place was cosy and quiet, it was a great place to come ro at the end of the day. I really appreciated the snacks that were provided and the extra effort Gary and Linda made to get me sparkling grape juice instead of bubble! They were very welcoming but left me to my privacy for the duration of my stay. The communicated with them was good they were quick to respond to any questions I had and I knew if I needed anything I could contact them. The place had everything you could need. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place for anyone staying at Foxton Beach.

Welcome card and baking upon arrival. Meet and greet with landlady, Linda, after settling in. Overall impression was that this was a comfortable property for a few days away.

We had a lovely time staying at 'memories' Gary and Linda are lovely hosts. We even came home with some Rawleighs! Great little place to stay with everything you need provided. Clean and tidy. Foxton Beach was s lovely surprise......beautiful. We will be back

Satisfactory accommodation. There was a lack of easily accessible power points to charge phones, iPads etc. Booking service didn’t function well so communication with owner over an issue was strained. Overall okay

We had a great stay at this wonderful property. Gary and Linda are excellent hosts and ensured we had everything we need. The unit was perfect for our one week stay and we loved the fully equipped kitchen.

Great base for short break

Comfortable and warm stay, and the shower was great! We loved the nearby estuary and beach walks, and it was also a good base for visiting other parts of Horowhenua and Manawatu. Friendly and helpful hosts.
