"Our shower didn’t work. The pull tab on the faucet broke off. Our windows were leaking water. One of the floors that we were told an ice machine did not have one. Lack of luggage carts was an issue. And there’s a 1” gap on the bottom of the room door that allowed a lot of noise to come in."
