"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue with the hot water not getting hot enough at times. The maintenance man was great. He came to check it out timely. He was always visible on the property. This gave me assurance that if we had any problems he was only a phone call away. I give him kudos!!! The front desk team was great too. Now let me talk about the breakfast. Not on excellent but the food staff were so friendly. Took the time to check on us to make sure everything was okay. Housekeeping checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. This Holiday Inn team showed out with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. "

"We had a wonderful stay at “Heron Bayou” The pictures only tell a one dimensional story. The main event is the water view with its ever changing form. Such a perfect setting to watch & listen to nature. Even had a dolphin visit. The location was quiet during our stay off season. The interior of the home has comfortable furniture, bedding & quality linens.The kitchen had everything needed to prepare & serve meals. There was an abundance of disposable supplies provided & cooking spices, oils etc. Host was available for initial questions & we knew we could feel comfortable contacting if there was any further need. "
