"Well cleaned and furnished. Beds are comfortable. Apple maps does not find the address. Suggest you use 13394 us63n instead. Renters should know in advance that there’s a permanent tenant downstairs Basement door should be locked from both sides not just the permanent tenant’s side. Where is the dumpster to take our trash out? Slow fill toilet in jack n jill bathroom. Toilet seat slides in jack n jill bathroom. Back two bedrooms are hot. Poison ivy at entrance to hot tub. Not enough hand towels. Not enough dish towels. Rug from eat in kitchen to laundry room Is a tripping hazard. Left side of refrigerator door doesn’t always close properly. We would stay here again."

Our host went over and beyond with cleaning, decor, ensuring the air conditioner was on and cool, a welcome bottle of wine, the porch had plenty of seating and cushions, and tables AND there were plenty of linens, towels, and dishes! WE LOVED THE HOME & WILL BE COMING BACK NEXT YEAR!"
