"The room was spotless and the shower was huge! Plenty of towels and good breakfast. The only thing I have a problem with is I’ve never been to a hotel that charges you to park in their lot! If I am using the establishment I expect the parking to be included. "

So, Khamir (front desk guy) immediately went to work calling Hotels.com to help. When 3 agents couldn’t help us, he doubled down & called Vic, the hotel manager. Vic worked with hotels.com to get the reservation info sent over and saved the day! "

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing! A true way to unplug from the world. The host thought of everything in these great little tree houses. The host themselves are also amazing! They made themselves very available and accommodating. While we were there it snowed and it was like a winter wonderland. Everywhere you look you are in nature. Whether you are sitting by the fire looking out the windows, sitting at the table eating breakfast, or sitting in the hot tub God's creation is all around you. We are already planning our next trip!"
