Come enjoy a relaxing getaway in this charming two bedroom home. The home has been recently refreshed and includes everything you need to enjoy some quality time with loved ones.
The property is located next to the Pistakee Marina and has convenient access to the lake. Be sure to ask about our exclusive pontoon rentals.
We have two large pavilions and multiple grilling areas to share with the marina guests! There are two fire pits, bags sets, and hammocks. The communal guest barn is filled with seating, TV, air conditioning, vending machines and ice machine
We have a pontoon boat available for you to rent at an additional charge! Message me for more details regarding pricing and availability!
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No pets allowed. (Unless approved by the owner)

The start of something beautiful.
Came with the grandkids to visit Volo from south Indiana, short stay. Exactly what we needed, no more no less. Kids enjoyed and so did the adults. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Fun Place!
We had a fun time! Enjoyed the back deck looking at the water. Famous Freddie's next door was a nice place to hang out and it wasn't loud or annoying on Friday or Saturday night. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely try to rent again when in the area.

Not worth the $
Upon arrival we were disappointed. The parking area was full of construction equipment. House looked unkept. Spiderwebs and bugs were all over porch. Walking in, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was clean enough. Beds slept terrible. Master bathroom was nice. The kitchen door to the garage had a doggie door but no door covering. Seemed like a good way to get critters, but we never did see any in our two night stay. We were excited to leave.

Fraud
The listing picture wasn't even close. Front yard was part of marina with boat trailers and cars. House was filthy and in disrepair. Bedroom mattress was wrapped in moving plastic. It caved in through the bedspring when you sat on it. Carpet was so dirty and moldy that when you walked out of the bedroom, your shoes would stick. Not much furniture and furniture that was there was curb pick up quality. Dishes and appliances were dirty. TV in bedroom was on the floor in the closet. Refrigerator was dented and dirty. Mouse trap on the floor of the living room and ants on the kitchen counter. Living room outlet did not work. We had a 9 night reservation and left after the first night. Listing agent responded quickly and denied this was his listing and wished us luck. We would like to get our money back but owner has not responded to our text.
