"This hotel is clean and smells nice. It is just around the corner from SeaTac and their long term parking is fairly priced, easy, convenient. The shuttle service to the airport was punctual and the driver was polite and professional. I did not try the Indian restaurant - but the hotel cafe, which is the breakfast stop, was overpriced, rude, and of very low quality. If you are looking for a place to park, stay the night, then shuttle to airport, this is a very good choice."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I checked in around 4 PM and left by 6 PM because the room was absolutely disgusting. The entire room smelled terrible, the bathroom was filthy, and there was already used toilet paper left behind when I arrived. Clearly, the room was not cleaned properly before giving it to a guest. The room was also extremely small and nothing like what was expected or advertised. Paying customers should not have to walk into a dirty, foul-smelling room in these conditions. It felt unhygienic and unacceptable. I wasted my time and money coming here and would never stay at this hotel again. Management seriously needs to improve cleanliness and basic standards because this experience was unacceptable."
