Waters Reach is a beautiful Victorian property enjoying a great location next to the Fowey River. Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation, the property is set over three floors and has been furnished to a very high standard throughout, including a fabulous kitchen with high quality appliances. There is an elevated rear garden, perfect for dining al fresco in the warm summer evenings, and the property also benefits from views towards the Fowey River and of the National Trust woodland between Polruan and Bodinnick.

Great stay in Fowey

The property was spotless and cleaning staff really friendly, great location with views of the river and just by a slipway for crabbing. A short walk into the centre of Fowey for some lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. We had fun on the river and at nearby beaches. Everyone was very friendly. Great holiday!
