"The room was clean with good water pressure and plenty of towels. It's smaller and darker than it looked in the pictures, but fine. We didn't use the TV. Some of the furnishings we just old and maybe a bit weather damaged. The internet never really worked. The staff were helpful and kind. I appreciated the restaurant tips. Breakfast wasn't special, but it was OK. I would have appreciated more coffee. It always seemed to run out with the person in front of me. The biscuit place next door is fantastic. Didn't use any AC."

"Breakfast choices are excellent, you get a good spread of savory and sweet options. Swimming pool and hot tub area were nice to have available and use but we're showing definite signs of wear and tear. Our room was generally good, it could get a little stuffy though since the A/C was tucked back from the main room. Overall, while needing some maintenance touch ups, I'd recommend Fairbridge as a good choice to stay for a solid price and not very far from the excitement"

"A unique and charming hotel experience! There is no traditional lobby or reception desk—just clear instructions and access codes to enter the property and your room, making the check-in process simple and hassle-free. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a lovely ambiance that made it feel warm and inviting. A big plus was the cozy nook overlooking the river, which added a special touch to the stay. All rooms have access to a patio with stunning river views, along with multiple seating options where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, a wonderful place with a unique concept, beautiful rooms, and a peaceful riverside atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"This is such a beautiful home and property. You can’t beat the riverfront location and ease of access to all the outdoor adventure upstream and the amenities of town. The kitchen is super well stocked with nice dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tupperware, spices etc.. Beds are comfy. Dinner on the porch by the river was perfect.I hope to stay here again and again."

"Great property for family reunions! We had multiple generations together, and everyone loved it. People with mobility challenges can stay on the main floor the whole time and not use stairs. The ping pong table, billiard room and expansive backward kept everyone entertained. The kids had their own living room on the bottom floor that parents could check in on. Day trips to local hikes were great, and the back at Lake Wenatchee State Park was also fun. The hosting team was also very responsive. Highly recommend!"

"3 couples spent six nights in this house and it was the perfect, relaxing week. The kitchen was well appointed with an excellent supply of glasses, plates and overall kitchenware. The kitchen was sufficiently roomy so three people could easily prepare meals without being on top of each other. The best part of our stay was the abundant wildlife. We had daily visits (across the river) from black bear, bald eagles, beavers and various water fowl. We spent hours enjoying the solitude from the upper deck and from inside when it was too warm to be outside. It was a short walk to an amazing candy store and brief drive to town. If we plan to return to Leavenworth we will definitely consider staying again. Some advice to future renters (none of which is a negative in our mind):1. Follow the owner’s guidance explicitly on entering and exiting the driveway. Hwy 2 can be very busy. 2. Check fishing regulations in advance. We did, so we were not taken off guard but the river is closed to fishing. 3. There is quite a bit of road noise. This did not bother us and we barely heard anything from the back deck. Just an fyi if you sensitive to this. 4. Common with vacation rentals, but the ice maker in the refrigerator/freezer is not connected. Plan to bring lots of ice if you need it for drinks. It was the perfect retreat for us. We hope to be back!"
