"This is always my first choice when visiting Mpls, and I stayed two nights on this trip. Parking close to the door was easy. Room was very comfortable, the staff I met were very pleasant and extra helpful. I didn’t take advantage of breakfast this time, but it's always been good in the past. I will keep coming back."

"It was okay. The room was clean. The mattresses were not comfortable. The chlorine in the pool area is very strong, like very strong - all of our eyes hurt. Not trying to be super negative, just honest. Didn’t really live up to expectations. "

"Room was kind of gross, I walked in and the windows were open and they were very hard to close. There were several spiders right on the window sill that had gotten in from the open window. Once I took care of those and closed the windows I realized that despite booking a non smoking room, the room reeked of smoke. Going into the bathroom there not only did it smell like smoke but also urine. They did not properly restock either there was no soap in the bathroom. The surfaces looked like they hadn’t been wiped down either as there were “crumbs” and dust all over."

"The check-in went incredibly smooth, although there was a bell that needed to be rung to get someone's attention. The security deposit seemed a little excessive, but it was back in my account the next day after checking out. The cabinets underneath the televisions seemed unfinished, and I couldn't find the volume control on the TV remote. However, the suite was spacious, and the hot tub was wonderful! Also, when I requested a later checkout, the process was incredibly easy and accepted almost immediately! Would definitely recommend, and will probably stay here again!"

"Staff was absolutely awesome!!! I made the reservation, then realized I would be extremely late. I called to let them know and they accomodated me so well checked me in prior to midnight then confirmed my ID when I arrived just before 3 A.M., in fact made me feel so welcome it was a breath of fresh air when compared to other hotels that have stated they can't even let me stay when I check in after midnight! Room was excellent...not sure if it was intentional but lights were on when I opened up my room which made it feel welcoming as well and the room was nicely updated, breakfast was pretty good included hot food all of which was great! Security guard was awesome!!! "

"Currently under construction. Cleanliness in the common areas was below expectations during my visit. Once the remodel is complete, it may be worth revisiting, but I would avoid it until renovations are finished."
