"Good parking. Nice breakfast. I got a1 bedroom king suite. It was very nice."

"The hotel rooms had clean bedding and towels, but unfortunately the floors and tubs were very dirty. There was noticeable dust and wrappers under the front of the bed, along with pink mold on the shower walls. It was also not clearly stated anywhere that housekeeping was only provided upon special request. Because of that, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee supplies, and have the trash emptied"

"No one told us the Quality inn was under renovation even though we had called to confirm our reservation, so we had to stay at the Ramada Inn across the street. The sheets and pillow cases had not been changed from the the previous tenants stains on both the sheets and pillows. The floors were dirty, the trash bins in the hallway were overflowing. We found a pair of dirty socks in the shower. No breakfast or pool. Only 2 pillow cases for the 6 pillows. Was told they didnt have any more. The response from management was sorry? Recommend not staying here! "

"The kitchen was okay. There were no casserole dishes, which is ironic as Minnesota is the Hot Dish capitol! The basics are there and there was coffee and spices. We cooked several meals and we could function. The fit and finish of the house is spotty. Missing baseboards and poorly installed wallpaper. Overall our family was happy and had a great time."

"Everything in the kitchen we needed, lots of room to spread out with the family, great lakefront property! Very accommodating host!"

"Was not a fan of having to pay a hefty price for insurance on top of the listed price. Very misleading. Dining table was almost too shaky to eat at let alone play games at. Nice location across from h to be lake but most of the window blinds are busted so could not appreciate the view. Nice walking/running path access! Minimal supplies in kitchen. "

"Carissa is an excellent host! Clean house, close to lakes and parks and downtown shops and restaurants. Very cozy and welcoming place to stay."
