"The staff was amazing! When we arrived, there were six people in front of us checking in. There was only one attendant. Absolutely understaffed, but the woman, whose name was Kim, was thorough and efficient. She was also answering the phone at the time. We were quickly in our room. On our way home the next day, we received a phone call from the Mount Vernon Police Dept. The cleaning lady found a pair of glasses that my husband had left behind. She dropped them off at the police department along with our phone number and they contacted us. We were amazed that she took the time to do this. We will definitely stay there again!!"
