"Our hostess, Francesca was the best hostess we’ve ever come across in our many years of travel in Italy. She above and beyond our expectations. Free breakfast was very good. "Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. "Amazing place! Very clean, great location: center of Canneto, right across from the beach (crystal clear water), and 10 min drive to the center of Lipari. The proprietor, Nicola is a very kind and generous person. He helped us with great suggestions, reservations for restaurants and excursions. Definitely will go to this place next time we are in Lipari. "

"Fantastic location, older hotel but very charming. They need to cleanup the bottom floor/abandoned rooms on the ocean, but it really doesn’t effect the overall experience unless you venture down there. Beautiful views from rooms and hotel grounds."

"We stayed four nights and loved this place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The terrace on the roof was a nice place to spend time in the afternoon and evening, but it was too hot in the morning without any way to block the morning sun."
