"The room was great for a 2 night stay while exploring the South Coast area. The front desk receptionist was very helpful in giving us advice on one of the days as there were wind advisories and she helped us decide where to go to avoid any issues. We had drinks at the bar one night and we had a nice conversation with the manager Svienn who helped us book a trip to see some Icelandic Horses. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to this area."

"The place was ok for one night. It’s in the middle of nowhere, and the roads are gravel. The property seemed to have some water damage on some walls in the hallway. The sauna was very nice but the hot tub outside was pretty useless unless you want to spend at least 4 hrs heating it up by constantly throwing the wood in. Wish we could use it but we ran out of time. Overall, it’s a nice quiet place for a night or two but it looked better in the pictures and I expected more for the price. "

"The property was just as advertised. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay of 1-2 days. The location is also perfect for those exploring Iceland since there are not many places to stay in the area. Beautiful view both in front and back of the property. Wi-Fi worked great but could not figure out how to use the TV."

"This place had enough space for my husband and I and is conveniently located off the Ring Road and 208, which gives access to F208 and F210, among others. The views from the porch are beautiful and we experienced a wide range of weather during our short stay. We would certainly stay here again."

"Nous avions une voiture de location, et à quelques kms de l'arrivée un panneau nous a avertis que l'état de la route nous empêchait d'y accéder ! C'était un chemin de terre très caillouteux qui nous a obligés à faire 1/2 tour et finalement à dormir dans notre voiture( nous étions avec nos 2 enfants à 22h dans la nature !), sans moyen de communiquer avec la guest house."
