Internal Description

Villa Federica is spread over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: Welcoming us on the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room, tastefully and elegantly furnished. The flooring in fine Cardoso stone adds a natural and refined touch to the ambiance, complemented by comfortable sofas, an armchair, a tv, and a decorative fireplace that brings warmth and character to the space.

Next, a large open-plan kitchen awaits, fully equipped and ideal for those who enjoy cooking and sharing convivial moments. It features a dining table, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, and toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

From the kitchen, you can access the outdoors directly, where an elegant al fresco dining area and a cozy relaxation corner with chairs and chaise longues invite you to unwind and enjoy moments of peace surrounded by greenery.

Also on this level, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, rendering this floor perfect for guests or children.

First floor: Heading upstairs, you reach the sleeping area, designed to offer comfort and privacy. Here you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which features a private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with shower, making it ideal as the master bedroom.

There is also a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small bookcase, and a private balcony.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house and garden maintenance.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 800.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
