Funzionale, pulito e posizione strategica

Bellissimo appartamento situato in una posizione strategica, sulla via principale e 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. L’appartamento é così come nelle immagini e descrizione dettagliata. Proprietari gentili e discreti, ma presenti per ogni eventualità . Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento.

Piacevole relax in pieno centro

Siamo una famiglia di quattro persone e abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di Ferragosto. L'appartamento è situato al primo piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo nel pieno centro di Forte dei Marmi. La posizione è eccezionale! A due passi dal Forte e dalle spiagge con tutte le boutique a vostra disposizione e con la possibilità di avere il permesso comunale per circolare con la macchina nell'orario della ztl. Sul terrazzo, ove potreste aver bisogno di recarvi per stendere i panni (non è possibile farlo in balcone), godrete di un panorama mozzafiato che va dalle "Alpi" al mare. Le camere sono ampie e spaziose, con doppi servizi, e dotate di tutti i comfort, così come la cucina. Per quanto riguarda il wi-fi è disponibile quello comunale, ma non sempre la ricezione è ottima. Un paio di consigli: il divano letto per due persone è un po' scomodo, meglio usare anche la poltrona; qualche mensola in più nel bagno non guasterebbe. Massima cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari, soprattutto considerando la prenotazione last minute. Il posto ideale per sentirsi "a casa" a Forte dei Marmi.

Very loud and too small for 4

We were in the apparment for almoust 2 weeks. Since the windows do not fit into the frames, you basically lived on the street and the street is loud until 2 a.m. and starting from 6 a.m. Actually there is one bedroom for 2 and a livingroom in which one ore two can sleep. The only place to remain then is the kitchen, if the open livingroom is functioned as a bedroom. The kitchen was good and clean, the same as the bathroom. On the small balcony there is a broken sideboard, the device for the gas and the device for the lound air condition and no much space left. All in all the ad promissed much more. For small families this appartment is definetly no the best place to stay.

L'alloggio è molto bello ...

L'alloggio è molto bello e i particolari sono di alto livello, tutto tenuto bene e perfettamente funzionante, le attrezzature fornite sono allo stesso modo di ottima qualità a perfettamente funzionanti, ce anche un asciugatrice. i tre locali sono climatizzati singolarmente,ciò permette una perfetta gestione del climatizzatore. inutile parlare della posizione che è spettacolare per chi desidera dimenticarsi la macchina,con bar negozi e ristoranti sotto casa. la spiaggia più vicina è a 100metri . noi siamo stati in due con due bambini di 4 e 1 anni e non possiamo lamentarci per alcun motivo. consigliatissimo. stayed with my family for 1 week (3 people). apartment in a perfect location, 5 minutes from the beach and right in the center of the town. Very clean, spaceous, with airconditions and fully equpped for living. owner was very helpful and welcoming. would defenatly recommend to people.

"L''appartamento è molto bello e funzionale, perfetto per una coppia con uno o due (anche tre, se si usa il divano letto) figli. L''arredamento è molto bello, moderno e i locali sono stati ristrutturati da poco. La cucina è ben attrezzata, e c''è anche la lavastoviglie. La posizione è strategica perché è nel centro di Forte dei Marmi, a due passi dalla spiaggia. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e super disponibili. Ritorneremo di sicuro."
