The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

Las instalaciones en general son muy buenas, pileta e instalaciones para desayunar y cenar y servicio de desayuno muy bueno. La atencion es muy buena. Las habitacion que nos toco, daba a la plieta, lo que es ruidoso muy temprano, y las dimensiones e instalaciones del baño no son para nada adecuadas al precio. El espacio comun compensa ampliamente las habitaciones. La ubicacion es excelente.

A estrutura muito boa, café da manhã muito bom… chegamos a noite e tínhamos pedido um quarto com cama de casal, tinham colocado a gente em um com duas camas de solteiro… mas depois trocaram… as janelas dos quartos são antigas e abertas, o que torna o quarto muito barulhento… mas a equipe eh maravilhosa, muito atenciosa e a área de convivência do hotel excelente. Ele eh muito charmoso.

Tratando-de um 4 estrelas, deveria ser melhor. Fiquei apenas uma noite. A depender do quarto, pela manhã, escuta-se barulhos. O quarto que fiquei está precisando de algumas reformas, principalmente o banheiro. Café da manha bom. Meu pedido de late check-out de 40 minutos não foi atendido. Fiz uso do maleiro após o check-out e deu tudo certo. Fizemos uso da piscina e achamos que não estava limpa.

Cute architecture, very close to the beach.The room was ok (very small), the AC did not cool appropriately, for 3/6 days there was NO hot water, the bathroom had a weird/bad smell. The majority of the staff were amazing (maintenance guy told me to just lower the temp instead of fixing AC) and breakfast lady (assistant manager maybe) was very rude to us - and, when feedback was provided she stated “you can’t please everyone.”

Razoável. A qualidade do hotel caiu muito de dez anos para cá. Café da manhã razoável, já foi melhor. Opções de alimentos feitos na hora (tapioca ou omelete) ficam engessadas pelas opções no app deles. Isolamento acústico da suíte 343 péssima, toda hora que abrem o portão que dá acesso ao hotel faz ruído muito alto no quarto incomodando quem tem sono leve. Sem contar as motos barulhentas na rua, cujo som incomoda no quarto por falta de isolamento acústico na janela. No mais, funcionários todos prestativos e cordiais, parabéns a equipe.

Hotel muito confortável, mas o que ganhou mais destaque foi a localização: perto de tudo. Uma dica: o hotel tem restaurante, mas tem opções melhores e mais saborosas e talvez até mais baratas nos entornos, como disse, fica perto de tudo, então no entorno tem opções pra todos os gostos e bolsos. Destaco aqui tmb a educação e cordialidade dos funcionários: nenhuma solicitação foi negada ou feita de má vontade, muito pelo contrário, todos faziam questão de ser educados e atenciosos. Esse hotel ganhou nosso coração. Ah! E a piscina é quentinha ♥️

Primeira noite não foi a melhor pois a acústica dos quartos da frente não são boas e o barulho da avenida Abolição e, de manhã bem cedo o pessoal que vai para os passeios se concentram abaixo da janela dando barulho desconfortável. Porém com muita cordialidade e boa vontade o recepcionista me trocou de quarto e colocou na ala dos fundos, o que deu uma noite sem nenhum inconveniente e barulho.

Excelente hotel. Alem de uma belíssima arquitetura, os quartos são amplos, limpos e confortáveis e os funcionários, todos, atenciosos. Espero voltar em breve.
