Gorgeous resort, private beach, very good food. Would love to come back. Less than an hour to the Fortaleza airport. Didnt want to leave.

Hotel is in good condition, clean and well staffed. Food was good and both breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. The beach is amazing and easily accessible, with permanent facilities like chairs, and straw beach huts, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and spacious, with AC working well and a nice porch, although it had only two chairs, no table or chaise, and wasn’t really very comfortable to use. The only main problem during our stay was with the fitness center, most equipments were on maintenance, without a basic treadmill (absent, not broken), an issue for a runner like me when the weather is not ideal for outdoor training. If possible, choose a villa instead of the apartment, they are really nice and is the main attraction of the resort. We tried to upgrade our reservation but we were told the hotel was 100% booked, although villas seemed to still be available online for the period we were staying. Also, consider the hotel is about 1h away from the main city, Fortaleza, so it’s perfect for a stay-in-the-resort kind of vacation, but not very convenient if you also enjoy a good city dining or nightlife. Plan accordingly, traffic in Fortaleza is a bit unpredictable.

Great property and very friendly staff. My only comment is about the use of plastic. Like many other places in Brazil, unfortunately the use of plastic cups and plastic straws is still very common. I do hope the leadership of the hotel implements a plastic free policy soon. Obrigada.

Hotel medíocre, não vale o preço que cobram

Os recepcionista do Hotel não se comunicam, cada um fala uma coisa oposta da outra. Pedimos uma alteração na conta e primeiro ouvimos de um dos recepcionistas (que se dizia o "cara das contas") que não era possível. No final, outro disse que era possível e realizou. A cama do carto também era ruim, causou-me dor nas costas

Boa variedade no café da manhã, jantar poderia ser um pouco melhor elaborado. Por ser meia pensão, entendo que não deveriam cobrar por sucos ou refrigerantes no jantar. Funcionários muito prestativos. Achei as toalhas de banho um pouco velhas, poderiam ter melhor qualidade. Roupas de cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade. Achei ruim só poder usar uma toalha de banho por dia. Hotéis deste nível/valor costumam oferecer maior quantidade. Local muito silencioso e agradável. As crianças amaram a parte das piscinas. Faltou maior variedade na carta de vinhos (acredito que tinha 2 ou 3 tipos de vinhos tintos somente). Limpeza do quarto impecável.

Hotel muito bonito e confortável

Dom Pedro Laguna possui quartos amplos, bonitos e com camas confortáveis. A área da piscina oferece uma agradável experiência. Situado em Aquiraz, está perto de importantes pontos turísticos (Beach Park, praias da Barra Nova - a mais bela da região - e Morro Branco). O mar em frente ao hotel é agitado, não favorece o banho das crianças. Pontos positivos: - conforto; - localização; - atendimento. Pontos que podem ser melhorados: - refeições: não são ruins, mas estão beeeem abaixo do padrão do hotel; - recreação infantil: bem fraquinha; - limpeza da piscina; - reposição do frigobar (não houve durante a semana de hospedagem, sendo necessário ligar diariamente na recepção). A semana foi positiva, vale a pena conhecer. Nota: 8.

Resort muito bonito mas precisando de reforma

O lugar é lindo e o atendimento foi muito bom! Mas o resort está precisando de reforma urgente. Há móveis de piscina e varanda arrebentados, alguns móveis dos quartos estão com as portas inchadas e estragadas, o brinquedo aquático do balde está precisando de pintura, o barco que faz o passeio deu defeito no dia. A academia não tem uma esteira, um transporter. Tem duas bikes de spinning mas ambas estão estragadas.

é a minha segunda vez no Dom Pedro Laguna e confesso que que nesta última, percebi a ausência das bikes, o lago não está tão limpo quanto a minha primeira vez, assim como as refeições poderiam ser melhoradas no que tange a variedade e deveriam retornar com o café da tarde que acontecia na piscina (era muito bom). No mais foi tudo perfeito. Destaque especial para a equipe de atendimento extremamente atenciosa.

Longe de 5 estrelas. São 3…

O Dom Pedro Laguna já deve ter sido 5 estrelas no passado, mas hoje é um hotel entre 3 e 4 estrelas. O ponto mais frustrante: Durante nossa estadia, o hotel rompeu o contrato com o parque aquático Riviera Beach Club, vendido como um dos principais atrativos do pacote. Tivemos que ir ao parque por conta própria para entender a situação. Após muita insistência, conseguimos acesso por apenas 1 dia dos 3 previstos. Isso gerou desgaste e frustração. Outros pontos importantes (1 a 5): • Atendimento: 5 – Equipe excelente: cordial, prestativa e bem-humorada. • Paisagismo: 5 – Áreas externas lindas. Quartos simples. • Praia: 3,5 – Tranquila, morna e boa para crianças na maré baixa. • Manutenção: 2 – Cama quebrada, móveis danificados e mofo na parede. • Alimentação: 3,5 – Boa, padrão de hotel 3-4 estrelas. • Bebidas: 2,5 – Máquina de chope quebrada a semana toda, variedade limitada e preços altos. • Academia: 2 – Todos os aparelhos quebrados durante os 7 dias. Só pesos livres funcionavam. • Recreação: 3 – Equipe muito boa, mas programação muito simples. • Área de lazer: 3,5 – Duas piscinas, área infantil e campo de futebol. Condomínio oferece outras opções. • Festa junina: 2 – Evento com comidas típicas vendidas à parte, não combina com pensão completa. • Internet: 3 – Funcional, mas instável em muitos momentos. Nota final: 3/5 Resumo: Se for com expectativa de um hotel 3 a 4 estrelas, aproveite. Se esperar 5 estrelas, vai se frustrar.

Serviço incrível mas estrutura sofrível

Serviço incrível mas o hotel precisa urgentemente de reformas. Todos os funcionários sao muito cortes e sempre estão dispostos a ajudar. Porem, a estrutura esta sofrível, móveis antigos, deteriorado, quartos bem sofridos! Servico de diversao pra criança e muito bacana mas a estrutura do kids play também ta bem antiga. A comida, tirando as opções quentes feitas na hora e um buffet bem na media e no jantar sempre as mesma opcoes. O ponto alto e a oferta do uso do riviera park, que e novo e otimo para crianças! Uma atencao tambem a camareira Cleici muito encantadora com seus recados!

Hotel com campo de golfe

O hotel conta com uma ótima estrutura para descanso, beira mar, praia deserta, ótimo banho de mar. A piscina (quando não está tocando pagode) é uma área extremamente agradável. Quarto confortável, bom café da manhã e o campo de golfe é um dos melhores do Brasil, bem desafiador por conta do design e dos ventos característicos da região.

Hotel muito bonito e ótima localização. Praia excelente. Acomodações boas . Staff excelente. Ótimo custo benefício. Alimentação boa. Bebidas um pouco caros. Não possuem uma carta de vinhos, os vinhos ficam mal amarzenados ,com poucas variedades. Já estive duas vezes e pretendo retornar. Hotel muito bom.
