Eaten alive by bugs in the room, many other issues
even with contacting the front desk, no one helped - room service was a disaster, they did not answer the phone for 1.5 hours then when they finally took our order, it took 1 hour to arrive - when checking out, no remorse, no apology only "we will do better next time"

Para um resort um pouco abaixo da média.
Em geral foi ok. Excelente localização, praia muito boa. Café da manhã abaixo da média para hotéis brasileiros, não havia muita variedade, estava na baixa temporada então haviam poucos hospedes talvez por isso o café da manhã muito simples para um resort. Quarto simples, espaçoso, cama boa, limpeza não tão boa. Guarda sol na praia apenas para proprietários e academia também. Atendimentos dos funcionários excelente.

Estadia muito boa. Café da manhã com omelete e tapioca feitos na hora . Pessoal muito solicito e atencioso, jantar muito bom tbm. Área de lazer é espaçosa. A recepção fica fora do condomínio que por sua vez tem o hotel dentro do mesmo.
