At check-in the front desk employee had no change (for tips) because she wasn’t allowed to have a bank. Later my husband asked for change at the bar and that person made a disgruntled remark about the front desk sending him there. We had no hot water next morning and the sink did not drain. Also they were using a leaf blower outside at 6:30 am that woke us up. People who showed good customer service were valet and maintenance engineers.

We were able to explore the Sundance Square area (which is within walking distance) and made sure to grab a drink at the bar one of the nights. I would 100% stay there again and am so thankful that we revisited all of these years later. It is a top tier hotel.
