Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please set AC to 77 in warmer months and heat to 72 in colder months prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Parties! If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
