Condo overlooking the Texas Motor Speedway. Enjoy the view of the speedway with 13 stadium seats in the open concept living room/ kitchen and from the master bedroom. There are 3 large bedrooms with king size beds, 3 bathrooms all with shower and tub. Washer and dryer in condo. TV's throughout, internet, cable and in ceiling speaker system. ** Premier Slingshot Rental** Available to condo guests only for $100 per day. Texas shaped pool for relaxing and a tennis court for exercise. Tanger Outlet is next door. Many options for dining and entertainment onsite and near by.

Reservations on NASCAR race weekends come with 8 tickets to the condo for the racing events. Up to 25 people are allowed in the condo for events.

Unique Condo

We really enjoyed our stay! From the beautiful large master suite to the stadium seats overlooking the racetrack, this condo was perfect for our family. The location was perfect and easy to get to all the places we visited! The bonus was the outlets and Buc-ee’s right next to the Texas Motor Speedway

Beautiful and fun condo!

We loved this condo. Great vibe and beautiful view of the track. It was perfect for relaxing or just hanging out. Beautiful sunsets. Comfortable beds and felt like home. Loved that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to town.

Great Space and Views!

Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and you can't beat the views. The condo is nice and big and has great space. We had a nice family dinner for 8 and everyone sat at the table. Laura was very responsive and a great host.

Fun and comfortable condo

We stayed here for two nights to attend a family wedding outside of Dallas/Fort Worth. It wasn't a race weekend so the place was quiet. We enjoyed watching some amateur drift racers on the track on Saturday. This place was roomy and clean. It was a big hit with my family.

Very comfortable and clean unit. We had everything we needed to host our family dinner. The bedrooms are big and each room had a extra large bathroom. Our host responded immediately when we reached out. Highly recommend

Great location for swim meet

We stayed at the location for a swim meet at the NISD aquatics center. It was fantastic. Super fun seeing the TMSW from the condo. Loved all the cute party food amenities - hot dog cooker, popcorn maker and food warmer. I'm sure it's a perfect location for a TMSW event. The views of the track are amazing! Easy parking and access to the condo.

Birthday Celebration!

This property was one of (if not) the BEST VRBO stays that I've had! It was spacious and CLEAN, beds were VERY comfortable, had all of the comforts of home, from the kitchen to the bathrooms! Then there was Laura. She IS by far the BEST HOST that I've ever encountered! Her attention to detail in the condo, can only be surpassed by her attention to the client renting the condo! She was always QUICK to respond to ANY question or request that I had. (Even at 12:30AM!) She is a host, with a property, that are BOTH 2nd to NONE!

Fun at the eclipse.

Fun experience. There were a couple of access issues for my Mom who is in a wheel chair. Nothing insurmountable, but a few rails in the bathroom she used and guides over thresholds would have been nice. Pool water was too cold to use and 'hot tub' was unusable. We were unlucky with the weather (windy & thunderstorms). Nothing anyone could do about that. Nice rooms. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great view.

Finally your teenager will be impressed

This was a great place to stay with teens. I thought nothing could amaze them any longer but this place did. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of technology to appease them. Also loved the kitchen…popcorn maker and hotdog machine, blender for making milkshakes with Blue Bell ice cream. Kitchen was stocked with lots of extras and it was so nice to not have to buy giant sizes of things we’d just have to throw away at the end of the stay. Loved the Texas shaped pool, the go Karts on site and watching the activity on the track. There was a tractor trailer show while we were there and fireworks! A few days a pace car ran the track while we drank our morning coffee watching it. Big Shots golf, shopping at the outlets, Buc-ees and all of that golf Texas fast food is just across the street. We found an indoor Pickleball place in nearby Rhome but there is an outdoor court on the property. My kids were so happy! Access to the building is easy and it’s very quiet. The views are incredible from both inside the apartment and outside on the balcony. Access to the room is fast…there’s no waiting at the elevator and we rarely saw another person. The first night I bought groceries and the security person, Janie, helped me find a cart and showed me the service entrance and it was so easy to get up and get everything unloaded. The apartment itself was so nice but also didnt feel so precious that you didn’t feel like you could relax. It was just a really great stay and trip.
