We enjoyed a weekend stay here lovely room with great views. Plentiful breakfast and variety ( Could have been hotter).
We had dinner in the hotel which was very nice and great service
Great stay, although the property looks old from the outside it is fantastic on the inside. Warm and comfortable. Food was great and service even better.
We had a short stay in Fort William while returning from Isle of Skye. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff. We had dinner (paid) and breakfast (included) and both were wonderful. Hotel is located right next to a lake, very scenic.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, immaculately clean and decorated to a high standard. Bathroom gorgeous. Slept brilliantly, very comfortable bed, extra pillows provided and quiet. Breakfast was delicious, good selection of good, only criticism is that it could have been hotter. Perfect close location for a walk into town.

Liked: Cleanliness
Great location and building. Breakfast was good. I would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms were tiny and basic. I would look for other accommodations in the area unless you are fine with a motel type feel to the room.
Rooms were modern and had their own self cintrolled heating .
Shower was piping hot and large tv .
I ate in bar and there was a good choice to choose from.
Slept soundly and breakfast buffet style meant it was not piping hot but tasty.
Staff friendly too
We loved the welcome and the cleanliness. Victorian outside. Modern inside. Bathroom was gorgeous. Room a good size. Easy to get to all of Fort William. No negatives other than could have done with some fresh fruit at breakfast. Loved the stay. Slept like a baby.
Nice hotel and friendly staff stayed for 6 nights was disappointing seen that my shower gels and tea and coffee in the room wasnt replenished. Room was cleaned daily tho
Recently refurbished rooms with quality fixtures and fittings. Well above the quality expected for the rate I paid. Piping hot shower and rooms have indiviaually controlled heating.
Breakfast is comprehensive with "proper haggis" .
Parking available onsite with additional overflow available lees than 2 min walk away
We stayed here for 4 nights in November. Accommodation was lovely with what seemed to be a fairly recent refurbishment (the quality f the curtains is worth checking!). Parking was free and a walk into town took 5 minutes. Breakfast was fulsome with (for meat-eaters) both black-pudding and haggis available!
A really lovely hotel, very comfortable with the bedrooms kept immaculate.
Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We thought for the price we received an excellent service that we would gladly recommend.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
