Inside room 212 there was no cold water in the sink. The water was extremely hot. Had to brush my teeth, wash my face and hand over the tub.

Our stay was not great. The key did not work for the first room. The maintenence person was working on it and then got called away and didnt return. We went to change rooms and the new room had no fridge for the remaining of our stay. We broke a glass bottle and called for someone to clean it and it took 3 calls and a trip to the feont desk for someone to actually come and clean it up

The property was very clean! There was a huge wedding party staying at the same time as our stay so parking was tough but the staff made us feel welcome and encouraged us to arrive to breakfast early because of the party.

Property was flooded out and they closed hotel and cancelled our reservation We showed up to check in and they told us the were closed an our reservation was cancelled No one contacted us prior to our showing up to let us know even though they had been closed for several days No one tried to get us another reservation Attitude was basically tough luck your on your own Not the attitude expected from a Hilton Inn I also had paid in advance in July and have not received any notification or refund of my payment Still waiting for a call from expedia or Hilton Inn

The rooms are comfortable and roomy, The staff is friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Efforts appeared to be made to maintain safety and cleanliness. We have stayed here before and will likely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Solid stay despite covid.
A good stay in a clean, convenient, and comfortable location. Pool looked nice but was closed. No breakfast. One has to request housekeeping services which wasn't very evident initially.

My reservation was never confirmed by orbits not the hotel falt. I am glad i called weeks before so i didn't show up like many other guest of the wedding encluding the brides mother without a room fro. What i heard after the wedding in the lobby was terrible i will never use orbits again

The staff is very nice but the 1st room smelled like old smoke, a/c wasn't working correctly and the toilet ran every 15 minutes. They moved is to another room that was better except the toilet ran every half hour. Water pressure was bad Hallway was musty. I expect more from this price point.

The staff was very friendly. However, the room was a bit run down. It didn't seem very clean. The tub was in poor shape. The hairdryer broke mid use. You can hear the neighbors clearly in the bathroom and from the halls.

I would have liked for housekeeping to change my washcloths and towels and empty the trash. I had to pick them up at the front desk. Other than that things were great.

Rooms at this location are a little more spacious compared to hotel rooms at properties with similar rates per night. Lighting, in the room and in the hotel in general, could be a little brighter. Thermostat in room was not working properly.

A most disappointing vacation
At the checking in we did not get any instructions\welcome flyer except the key to our room. When called the lobby with questions it seemed that the staff does not know what is going on in the hotel or around it. The second day, our room was not cleaned because we did not ask for it, but no one told us that it is required nor it is on the hotel's website. After talking to the manager we were told that all the cleaning staff left already, while down the corridor there was a cleaning lady with a cart. When insisting on cleaning our room, we were told to wait in the lobby and after more then one hour when we were told that we can go back, the only thing that changed was that the towels were replaced, everything else was exactly as left in the morning. The pool was closed, 3 staff said 3 different things. According to the website and the hotel , at the time we checked in the pool was suppose to be opened. Everything that wasn't ok was blamed on the COVID, but most of the staff and guests did not even wear a mask. Overall, if you consider a one night stay it is ok but for a vacation of a few days it is definitely not recommended.

Been staying here for the past few years because it was convenient to where I was spending time. This past trip will be the last. It’s not as clean as it once was. The front desk staff is not as polite and personable as before. They don’t change sheets or towels in room after check in because of Covid, which is great that they want to contact either way, but they don’t mention it. There is nothing about the new procedure. And finally the noise. They don’t do anything to keep the noise down.

I stay at the Hilton Gardens every time when I travel to Philadelphia. So far, I have stayed 4 times in 2021. It is a confortable hotel conveniently located is a peaceful area away from the crowdedness of downtown. Staff is friendly and efficient! They make a wonderful job cleaning the room everyday although they often miss the right number of towels in the bathroom. Often I am forced to go to the front desk requesting additional towels. Nonetheless, this is a minor point and I truly and stronglyrecommend this hotel
