Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one's on the third floor, so if you don't mind the steps the privacy and view are superior. It's our most often requested condo with return guests.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodelled in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam mattress,etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a gas grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

We absolutely loved the location and this condo , it was clean and steps away from the Beach , we loved the fact it was a smaller place with less crowds . We saw dolphins from the Balcony one afternoon . Bed is soft and shower has good pressure !

Definitely recommended.. the view was beautiful, got to see dolphins right from the balcony, right on the beach, outside showers to wash off sand and salt water, the rooms was clean and the staff was really nice but didn’t bother us at all, the owner was very accommodating, washer and dryer on site which was nice easy to use. Definitely would go back and stay there again 😃

Cozy/comfortable condo with amazing views of white sand and emerald water. Hosts have provided everything you need for your stay and leave detailed instructions for the condo. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the beach with the complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrellas) and relaxing on the balcony in the evening. Sunsets and moon over water were absolutely gorgeous. Saw several dolphins from the balcony in the water. Location is great—away from the Destin traffic. All in all very relaxing!

Unique property on the beach - comes with beach chair/unbrellas setup

Ideal for a couple with a well behaved small dog looking for an 150 ft walk from their door to the gulf beach with a great view of the beach and gulf from the top floor of the 3 story, 12 unit property. Property appears to be one of the remaining original buildings on the beach and is a little dated but that gives it unique charm and feel and comfort. Best thing we loved and were surprised by the rental was that it came with two beach chair and umbrella set ups by beach staff on the beach so we did not have carry chairs to the beach each day. Balcony provides a great hang out with sun at least in early October. Appeared to have several recurring renters.

Very neat and clean Old Florida feel. Small complex in and among the mega larger condos and hotel chains. Room provided all a couple needs for a nice beach getaway and owner was very responsive.
