Breakfast was great. Same thing everyday. Coffee was perfect. Front desk refused to honor me as Hilton Honors. Room was never cleaned in 3 days. It was very close and convenient to activities. Would stay again.

The property was nice clean and well lit at night. Breakfast was reasonable and checkout time was noon, that was a nice perk. Only one concern someone was using the washer and they spent over an hour in there with all the clothes laid out on the floor and juice spilled on the floor leaving the floor sticky but that's out of the hotels control. Over all it was pleasant.

Overall, my stay at Tru Hotel was nice. The parking was easy to access and, best of all, it was free. They also provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that the staff didn’t let me know that housekeeping was available by request only. The staff also wasn’t the friendliest or most helpful during my stay. The location was great! The hotel was directly across the street from the beach, with plenty of restaurants, activities, and entertainment nearby. Overall, I enjoyed the convenient location and amenities, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
