Game day paradise. Huge TV, complementary snacks, sofa for 10 and more!!!

  • Complimentary snacks and more… This condo villa is a FIRST floor luxury end unit. Just refreshed in 2023 with new bedding, bathroom tiling, pavement, furniture and more! Completely renovated in 2016 and redone in 2023 - with brand new high end furnishings, stainless steel appliances, curved ultra HD TV in the living room. We added a tv in the master for the hard working parents. Up to code for safety! Wiring and all! It has 2 well appointed, coastal style bedrooms and two hall bunks. All the comforts and amenities of home situated in a small complex in a waterfront location just minutes to the white sugar sand beaches and all the area has to offer at a price that will leave plenty of cash in your pocket. That’s our goal! This unit is facing the pool. But a few steps to the waterfront on the intercoastal waterway. Again it was brought up to code so it is safe very comfortable etc.
