We had a wonderful start at this property. Communication was excellent. We received the check in instructions and necessary gate/door codes prior to arrival. It made parking and entry into the unit very easy. Condo was just as described and very clean. It was nice to have covered parking and the building has luggage carts available which was great after our trip to Sam's Club so that we didn't have to make multiple trips to carry in the stuff we bought for the week.We had no issues the entire time. We did have severmal communications with the host throughout the week because hurricane Isaiah came through while we were there. Yuriy checked with us to see if we were evacuating. We chose not to evacuate based on a number of factors. Yuriy kept checking to make sure we were ok. Thankfully we had no issues other than about 7 hours of no power the night of the hurricane. Internet also went out but Yuriy kept checking on it for us and kept us updated.Due to the storm, the beach chair service was suspended until our last day. We did use it that day and it was very simple. Just told the attendant our unit number and he pointed us to 2 chairs already set up along with an umbrella.Would not hesitate to rent this unit or from this host again.

We loved everything about our vacation day! Our host was wonderful and answered our questions promptly! When we ran out of garbage bags, they even had one of their team members run out and get some more for us. Five star host!

Nice beachfront condo! Easy beach access. The 2 pools and splash pad were awesome for our family. The host was excellent to work with. Communication was awesome.The condo accommodated our group of 8 very well. There are a couple of restaurants right across the street. There is a convenience store and souvenir shops within walking distance.
