Seaspray Condos - 210C

One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 32" TV in the living room, a 24" TV in the master bedroom and a 20" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, small grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog or declawed cat is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
