"I had the most EXCEPTIONAL STAY! I literally was left speechless and in amazement. I will start by saying I stayed in late January (so off season- so idk how accommodating they can be when it’s busy), but I arrived 2.5 hrs early, they were able to get me into my room right away AND UPGRADE my room to ocean view !!! Upon check in the 2 working behind the counter were so sweet and kind. I ended up letting them know I was here on a solo mom reset vaca, the GM happened to be standing behind me and heard and mentioned she was heading out for a reset trip herself. I get to my room and it was beyond perfect. Modern, HUGE, clean and just gorgeous. I leave and come back later to a welcome gift from the GM Sandy and the resort. I literally cried, I have never been treated so well at a hotel and I travel frequently!! Bedding and pillows were super comfy, great big bathroom to get ready in with a huge mirror. I ate all meals at the restaurant. The food is good (nothing I had was exceptional but it was good and reasonably priced and you get a ton). I was able to get meals in to go boxes to bring outside and enjoy the weather. The drinks at the bar were super delicious and price wasn’t bad ! (I did not bring a car so idk about parking, there was also construction out front but I never once went back out that door as I stayed and walked the beach for the days I stayed). Pool area is clean and well kept, hot tub was hot and clean also (plenty of pool towels also). I will be back !"
