The space
Unit is on the Gulf of Mexico. Sugar Sand Beaches and Emerald Waters.
All New vinyl Wood Planking. The toilets have been replaced with TOTO toilets. All new kitchen.
Washer & dryer is in the unit.
Unit is on second floor, which is one floor above ground level, about 13 feet above the ground.
