    Welcome to your vacation - this Gulf-front condo is the perfect choice for those seeking a serene escape with breathtaking water views. Just steps away from the beach, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. When it's time to explore, you're just a few minutes' drive from shopping, restaurants, and other attractions, including the Boardwalk and Okaloosa Island Pier, both around two miles away. On-site amenities include a pool and tennis court. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together.



    At home, the private balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf to go with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Inside, you'll find a modern yet cozy space with all the comforts of home. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there's plenty of room around the dining table at mealtime.



    After a day outdoors, cool off in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Three TVs, free WiFi, and cable should keep everyone entertained. The Island Echos complex was well maintained, clean, and quiet. The unit was perfect. It was clean, perfectly set up, and comfortable. Avari management was very responsive and had clear communication. We have stayed lots of places from Ft Walton, down through PCB and 30A, and this was our absolute favorite. Great, quiet family atmosphere.
