Great beach vibes

Comfortable, clean, cozy spot for our family of seven. Perfect view of the beach, great weather and comfy seating for the whole crew. Loved this condo and location. Owner was ready to connect with and super responsive. We were thrilled that beach service was still up this time of year. We loved our experience!

Spring break

Overall the condo is wonderful. Very clean and updated. We had an issue with our stay and the owner was quick to respond and correct the issue wonderfully. I would recommend this condo you won’t be disappointed

Beautiful beach condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The decor is freshly updated, the rooms are a generous size and there was plenty of room for our family to sleep, eat and hang out. Everything was comfortable and quiet. This was also one of the cleanest beach condos I’ve rented over the last 15+ years! The common areas are well maintained including the pool restrooms, convenient to the beach. The beachfront area is generous, we never felt on top of other groups and appreciated the lack of boardwalk stairs over the dunes, a lot easier to navigate after a long day in the sun.

Wonderful Place!!

We had a wonderful time this year. We had no problems at all with the condo. If there were any questions I had Chelsee was great for getting back with me quickly and was always very kind. The condo was clean and kitchen was well furnished. We loved the pool area it was perfect for our grand babies.

Amazing Property

We had the best stay! Perfect location with beautiful oceanfront views. We saw dolphins almost every morning we were there! The pools were such a nice feature to have and because there are two it was never crowded in the water. There were a few breakable decor pieces that we had to put out of my daughter’s reach, but overall was a very child friendly environment. The owners were also amazing with communication leading up to the trip and providing us with a welcome packet pre-arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay and enjoy the emerald coast!

Great condo, great views

The condo was very nice as it is shown online. The only reason we gave it four stars was the cleanliness of the master bathroom and one spot of flooring. The shower was quite dirty and the jacuzzi tub couldn’t be used because it was dirty. The carpet outside of the master bathroom was very crusty to walk on. Other than that, the condo was perfect. The entire establishment was very nice. We will be staying here again. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was spacious. The views are beautiful. It was a great trip overall.

Wonderful week for a vacation

Loved this property! Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The owners are very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching dolphins and eating breakfast. We played on the beach almost everyday. Love having beach service too! The beach chairs and umbrella are so nice to have. The grounds are clean and kept up beautifully and everything is so manicured and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Felt like home

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! We had a slight snag when checking in that was quickly resolved. The condo was immaculately cleaned and well stocked to make it feel like home. It was especially nice to have box fans available to use, and there were more than enough pillows for everyone to use. The washer/dryer unit appeared to be new and came in handy. The host family was very friendly and quick to help answer any questions. We especially enjoyed our ocean view both from the living area and master bedroom. We saw dolphins from our balcony, which was a great addition to our visit. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting this area.

Nice property.

Great property with rice pool. The refrigerator didn't have shelves on door and the property manager new it. The water in the door leaked and the ice in door froze up everyday and couldn't be used. Condo was mostly clean but found some problems in guest room. Fans were dirty and I dropped something on the floor and found lots of crumbs and stuff on floor. Still it was a very nice condo and would stay again. They were very nice in getting us in early since 4 of my family flew in and were here at 12:15.

Relaxing snowbirds

My husband and I enjoyed this condo immensely. Check and check out was very easy. The owners were very assessable and communicated as needed. There was one minor glitch with Internet when we first arrived but I think that was systemwide and had nothing to do with this site,as the next day everything was fine. But the owners contacted the company and the serviceman came out and helped us get the remotes paired to the TVs. Thank you for a wonderful time. Great view ! We could enjoy the beach from the balcony without getting in the sand. We are not water sport people, so what we wanted from the beach, we enjoyed from the condo! Even on colder, windy days, we could still enjoy the view without going outside. Everything we needed to cook was in the cabinets, except the food, of course. A grocery was less than 2 miles away, as well as close to lots of restaurants. There were beach/pool supplies in the closet that included pool noodles, paddle boards, rafts, beach bucket of toys, and a large cooler!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! The ocean view is great! The condo was as shown in the pictures and well kept. It was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The carpet is a little worn in some spots; however, the condo was very clean and I hear the floors will be redone soon! The owner was quick to respond to questions asked prior to booking and after arrival. I would recommend this unit to others and would stay here again! We return to Water's Edge each year because the building and property are always clean and well taken care of, from the pool area to the hallways to the parking garage.

Favorite vacation spot and now, favorite condo too!

The condo was so cute and clean and had all the necessary kitchen items we needed to make a nice family Easter dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and our daughter even got engaged while we were there since this is such a special place for us. Can't wait to book again for next year! Thank you!!

The only issue we had were the dirty carpets and tiles. You couldn't walk around the house without socks or slippers on. I hope the cleaning crew does a better job at mopping the floors & washing the carpets. Carpets shouldn't feel sticky and have dark stains. Tiles made my feet dark so I went to target to get slippers. Other than those 2 issues, the place was clean. The view was amazing. The owners answered all of our questions at a timely manner. I don't think it was worth the price.
