    Your Perfect 180º Beach View: The View from this 4th floor unit is breathtaking. Having the advantage of a corner unit, you can see all the way down to the inter-coastal waterway without any buildings blocking your view. This vacation rental is perfect for everyone in your group. If you love the beach, you are just steps away to sun, surf, swim, or walk on the beautiful beaches of Okaloosa Island. If you prefer to relax without all the sand, you can enjoy the beach atmosphere without leaving the balcony. This 4th floor unit is the perfect height for a gorgeous view and is low enough to hear the crashing waves that lull you into total relaxation! My favorite thing to do is to bring a good book and read, nap, sun, & relax on the balcony. I feel like I am on the beach, with all the conveniences of home just a step away. With Wi-Fi, I can even bring my laptop out with me. A convenience store & post office is less than a half a mile away and a sidewalk is provided on one side of the street for walkers and runners.

    Okaloosa Island is the Gulf front beach community of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Okaloosa Island is famous for long sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water and is considered the best overall beach experience in the Destin area. Okaloosa Island is only six miles from Destin, without the crowds and traffic, due to its height limit of 7 floors (NO HIGHRISES). Come take a stroll on the Okaloosa Island beaches, play in the surf, fish from the Okaloosa Island Pier or stroll on the boardwalk. Bring your snorkeling gear, boogie boards, surfboards and windsurfing gear. Water recreation equipment and beach service chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the island. The island has lots of activity, including: The Gulfarium, water sports, fishing, shopping & plenty of nightlife & delicious restaurants. Oakaloosa Island Comfort

Great location on the island. Futher away from the bigger resorts so the beach wasn't too crowded. Use of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean.

Enjoyed the sunny days at the beach, the view was amazing. The beach was easily accessible and the condo was close to resturants. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the pier on beach at the condo.

Great view and a great location. This was the perfect beach for our family. Not too crowded and we were a short drive to everything we needed in town. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evening to enjoy the view.

Fantastic April Stay at Connie's Condo

This was a fantastic and comfortable property, close to many restaurants and shops. It had an amazing view of the beautiful beach from the balcony. The surf seemed to be only 125 - 150 feet away. This April trip was one of our top vacations and the best beach experience ever.

The condo was so nice! When we arrived it looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and smelled fresh and the views of the ocean from almost everywhere in the condo was exactly what I hoped for! My husband and I loved staying here and hope to come back next year. It was wonderful!!!

Connie’s condo was a wonderful surprise, complete with everything we could ask for. Quiet, clean, perfect location and roomy. This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in by far! Fun Fall Beach Vacation

Connie's condo provided wonderful views from the wrap balcony and the windows offered great views from inside. Condo had a well equipped kitchen, master suite was very inviting and walk in shower was a bonus as my husband was still in recovery from hip surgery. Met and exceeded our needs for a successful vacation.

Great stay at Connie's Condo!

We have come to Okaloosa Island for the past 10 years, always fun. We have stayed in a different condo each time, Connie's is right there at the top of the list. Clean, comfortable and the fact that it's a corner unit was a bonus. Lots of extra light and beach visibility. Would recommend her unit to everyone! Thank you!

Family Vacation & Dance Comp

Connie’s condo was exactly what we needed for our family vacation, which was also combined with a dance competition at the convention center. It was helpful to be near the convention center, while still being able to enjoy a private, family space with direct access to the beach. The chair service was a fantastic help, too. Connie is an amazing communicator and always willing to help! We appreciated this as our home away from home for the week.

Awesome Place

This property is beautiful. The owner is easy to work with and has great communication. The view is top notch. There is not a window in the place you don’t have a view of the ocean. The condo was spotless when we arrived and has everything you could ever need. The beds are comfortable. The beach access is easy and the pool is very nice. I can’t think of anything that was wrong or needs improvement. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful Stay

7th year for our ladies trip to Fort Walton Beach. First time to stay at Emerald Towers West and in Connie’s Condo which was nicely done and furnished; well kept and clean. Ocean front balcony (corner condo) with table & chairs. Just steps to the beach and to the umbrella/chair set-up. Connie had communicated prior to the trip with welcome and with information which made check-in & out seamless. She quickly and kindly responded to questions while we were there too. We appreciated staying in her condo this year as there were only 4 in our group this year and this condo suited us well.

Perfect for our family

Connie was so gracious our day of arrival. Getting out of the Fort Walton airport didn’t take any time at all so I messaged her and we were able to check in early, last minute. She was also very responsive when we had a few questions the following day. We love the location as it was away from busy Destin but still close and everything was easy to get around. Still lots of restaurants nearby, maybe not walking distance though.the condo setup was just what we needed for our small kids, the place was clean but nothing fancy, which we’re fine with as we don’t spend a lot of time inside. The beaches were great and there is a private boardwalk/showers for the condo residents. The pool is behind the condo on the street side, which was kind of a bummer you can’t see the ocean from there, and the pool bathrooms were horrible,had not been cleaned in awhile. Place was quiet and family friendly. We would definitely come back.

Very nice property

The property was just as described on the VRBO site. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager was good. Location was perfect as a corner condo with outside deck wrapping around two sides so sunlight in space is a plus. Easy access to beach. We would give 5 stars except for an issue with the front door. Heavy winds and rain one day hitting front door flooded the front entryway. The door seal was worn out allowing water to pour in. If we weren’t there mopping up water and blocking with towel the front space and adjacent rooms would have had water damage. If this gets resolved we would definitely stay there again.
