This 1100 sq ft Gulf View 3rd-floor 2 BR/2 BA unit is beautifully decorated. Step onto your private balcony, accessible from both the living area and master bedroom, and soak in the beauty and breezes of the Gulf.

Beach lovers, rejoice! Getting to the water is effortless with private beach access, and once you arrive, your complimentary beach setup (2 chairs + 1 umbrella) will be waiting for you (for stays of 14 days or less, weather permitting, from March 1st to October 31st).

We have stayed alot of places along that area and this was by far the best we have ever stayed!! It was clean and very relaxing. Beach access was right there and of course beach was beautiful! Pool was clean and property was great!! Parking was perfect! Just far enough away from craziness but not too far from attractions!! We will be back!!

That particular condo is very dated and dirty. The sofa is so stained and dirty we put a sheet on just to sit. The furniture is cheap and the view off balcony is blocked so the ocean view is very limited. Also, had roaches and spiders. Totally needs a makeover!

Nice furniture, kitchen looked to be recently updated. Only complaint was the ice marker was out of service in our unit but Linda the manager, filled our cooler up for us! We were also able to watch multiple firework shows on the 4th from the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Nautilus was nice, super friendly staff, perfect view and easy access. Our biggest complaint was it good have been cleaner. Remnants of other guest were left behind, floors, couches and beds were all very sandy. It made it really hard to sleep. Also they only provide one partial roll of toliet paper and partulial roll of paper towel. Kitchen has salt only and no coffee filters for their drip maker. For the price more amenities could have been provided. Because of the beds being so sandy I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

But the beds they had to bring up foam mattresses for as they're not the most comfortable. They really tried very hard to make us comfortable I think they just need to invest in some new mattresses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was a little older than expected but clean, comfortable and fully equipped, even had beach chairs and toys for kids. Balcony was a great size too. Complex well cared for and on site management staff were helpful and friendly. The only down side was the construction going on right next door to the side of the building our unit was in. The building partially blocked the million dollar view of the gulf and there was noise from the construction. Unfortunately, from what we learned the complex tried to fight the city building public bathrooms on that lot but lost and so it was out of their control. The onsite management was understanding and hopefully will let future renters know before they rent the unit. The beach area is large, clean and beautiful and the complex also supplies two chairs and an umbrella.

Staff quickly responded to a few issues we had, and very pleasant to deal with. Great location, right on the beach. Recommend new bed pillows and couch and loveseat.
