It is a sweet getaway.

Quaint condo with fantastic ocean views. It is right next to the elevator and was noisy at times as other guests went by. Tile in the bathrooms could be updated but overall it was very clean.

7th Floor Condo

The condo was very clean, nicely laid out, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The nicely furnished kitchen made it easy to cook family meals. Well-maintained complex that is right on the water and close to whatever you need. Bring dish soap, a dish scrub brush, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, kitchen rags, and extra paper products like toilet paper and paper towels if you plan to stay more than a couple of days.

Beautiful condo - We enjoyed it very much!

We enjoyed our stay very much in this condo! The host was very easy to work with - extremely organized and on top of everything. We ran into one issue where our code did not work after 4PM, but I called and they got it squared away for me in less than 2 minutes. No other issues after that! The condo itself was beautiful and very relaxing. The view from the balcony was perfect - exactly what we were looking for. All of the appliances worked as expected and I had every utensil I needed. I will definitely consider staying in this condo again.

The bathrooms smelled even after daily cleaning. There was mold in the showers. The stove top was caked with burned on food. The ice maker did not work. The furniture was quite dated and uncomfortable. The elevator was out of order many times. The view is beautiful.

Extremely clean, comfortable beds and couches, breathtaking views, well equipped kitchen, balcony had plenty of seating, covered parking, and rental included two beach chairs and umbrella service daily. We loved our time at the condo and hope to book again! Coffee pot was not working correctly and I called maintenance. A brand new coffee maker showed up the next morning! That was truly exceptional service! Thank y’all! Only issue was master shower was not draining well. Left a note for maintenance. Truly a beautiful beautiful spot and loved the 7th floor! Spent countless hours sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the ocean! On Wednesday night fireworks are let off on the pier- enjoyed watching them from the balcony! Had two dinners at local restaurant The Shack, delicious!

We stayed in another unit at Island princess a few years ago and it has been our favorite overall. We booked with Island princess again this year and it was great! We loved this room and was extremely clean. My only complain is this room is it did have a little moldy smell. Another thing is when we booked the site said we would have complimentary beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella. When we went to the beach, the service was $50 a day and they said if they catch you using a chair they would automatically charge it to room. We definitely didn’t want to spend $50 an everyday when we didn’t expect it so we didn’t get as much beach time as we would’ve liked. With having 3 kids it wasn’t worth that when we would only go down for short periods of time. Having the chairs was definitely something I looked for when booking.
