With 1 king bedroom and bunk beds nestled in the hallway, this superb property offers all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The updated kitchen has everything that you need including a Keurig. From the balcony you can watch dolphins playing in the water and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast or take a swim in the private pool on property. Condo is within walking distance to many great restaurants and approximately a 5 minute drive to a Publix grocery store. Conveniently located to Okaloosa Island Pier and the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center. Check out The Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island for additional dining and shopping. Looking for something to entertain children? Check out Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park.Beach service is provided from March 1-October 31. Service includes 2 chairs + 1 umbrella set up for you on beach. Unit includes a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, Keurig coffee pods, trash bags. All linens as well as beach towels provided as well.

This is the perfect vacation spot! The condo is beautiful, very Beachy and bright; so clean and smelled so wonderful upon arrival. Cutely decorated; I love the colors; the rustic yet bright coffee table and table by the window; everything you need to prepare meals; updated appliances. The bed is very comfortable, memory foam mattress; pillows are comfortable also. We didn’t use the hallway bunks, but their mattresses felt very comfortable also. Perfect for a couple, or couple with two kiddos. There were beach towels to use in a cute beach bag; collapsible cooler, beach chairs, etc in the bedroom closet. The location and beach access were wonderful as well. There is a single cup Keurig; took us a minute to figure that out. Communication with host was excellent as well. There are simply no negatives.
