This home and rear balcony are strictly NON-SMOKING OR VAPING - - If you or anyone else in your party are smokers/vapers, please apply elsewhere - Thank you for your consideration with this matter. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age.

Our Renovated 1st Floor unit will allow you to park and literally walk a few short steps to the front door! No more waiting on elevators or tiring staircases while you're on vacation! Our first floor unit offers Convenience and Safety for you and your family without sacrificing the view!

The Entire Outside of the Building had a complete overhaul which was completed in 2018.

Once inside, you will be able to enjoy an unobstructed view of the Beach and Ocean from inside the unit or on the balcony while watching the dolphins in the clear blue water of the gulf.

This Newly Furnished [and, always updated] 2-bedroom unit is unique in that the Master Suite also has an Ocean/Gulf view! Just listening to the calming sound of the waves from our Master Suite is the perfect way to begin and end each relaxing day of your vacation. Our master bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed, with a sliding glass door that opens right out onto the Private Balcony along with a Large Window facing the Beach. The Master Bath is conveniently located in the master suite for added privacy. Its unique features include: Double Lavatories; Granite Counter Tops and a Tub with inclusive Shower and Clean Glass Doors.

Our Guest Bedroom has a Full-over-Full bunk bed which can sleep 4 kiddos. It also has a pull-out Twin Sized Bed for additional space! The Guest Bath also features Granite Tops; an Iron Tub and tiled shower with Glass Door.

Need more 'elbow room' in the beds...no problem! Our sofa in the living room opens up to a Queen-Size Sleeper. If necessary, our unit can sleep 6 very comfortably! ** In addition, we have a Pack-n-Play with mattress topper (available upon your request) and Toddler Booster Seat.

The open floor plan of the kitchen and dining area lets you enjoy beautiful Beach and Ocean views as well as being functional and fully equipped for your cooking needs. The colors are all pleasingly neutral with oil-rubbed bronze accents. Our Kitchen features all New Stainless Appliances along with Granite Counter Tops! Don't feel like cooking in? Next to the heated pool is a spacious, built-in Grill Area - perfect for a small or large group to gather for good food and fun! Or, great restaurants are just a short drive up the beach. Also included: Front load Washer & Dryer inside the unit!

Included in your rental are Two [2] Beach Chairs and Umbrella (while in season: March-October). All three TV's are flat-panel LCD's which can be "Cast Directly" to. DVD Players in the Master and Living Room. WiFi is always available (with the unit's password available upon your arrival). If you need to unwind in the evening, we offer you the ability to stream your Device-Content directly to our 3x Modern TV's - You must be connected to the unit's WIFI. There is also a small library of Books and Games for the entire family.

This condo is amazing. You can tell that the owners took a lot of time and effort into furnishing the condo with everything you could need. From premium bedding, to an extremely well stocked kitchen to even having hand soap in the bathrooms, the owners take pride in their unit. The location couldn’t be better. The view is fabulous, the balcony chairs are comfortable and the walk to the beach cannot be matched. The only thing to note is that the internet was a little iffy the first few days of our stay, which could be a problem if someone needed it for working remotely or anything, but for the casual vacation visitor, it did not impact our stay. We had a minor issue when we arrived and the owner responded IMMEDIATELY and addressed it. This is our second time staying in this specific unit and we would 100% stay again.

Perfect family beach stay!

This was a well taken care of condo that provided everything we needed for our family of 5! The owners were very responsive and kind. You can’t beat the location as it was directly on the ocean and in a quiet part of the area, which was exactly what we wanted! A perfect week at the beach - we will be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had an excellent stay at this beachfront property! The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views. The place was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Look no farther! This is the place you need to book for your next trip! The views are wonderful, the condo is so nice and clean. The private access to the beach is just steps away from your condo! We absolutely loved it here!

Very clean an beautiful view of the ocean; hosts responded quickly when inquiries were made; would highly recommend this location; equipped with all the necessities including plenty of nice thick towels. Would highly recommend this and would come back again -- just not during hurricane season.

The location was great and as described. The area had construction efforts ongoing that made getting around a little more difficult, but that isn't something that should be considered with the condo. The ease of access to/from the beach was nice.

My wife and I spent the week at this unitCt. Great location, great hosts and great condo. I am a beach guy and it has beach in abundance. The unit has been updated to a step above what we have experiences before. Communication with the hosts was quick and painless. A keeper for sure.

Cant beat being on the 1st floor

This is our 2nd stay and with little kids it makes it so easy to get to and from the beach being on the ground floor. Condo is clean, well stocked with the things you need. Had a small issue with hot water heater but owner took care of immediately. We will definitely be back.

Perfection!

This property was amazing. Communication with the owners was fast and easy, condo was clean and VERY well stocked/appointed (best we’ve ever seen for a rental property) and the location is amazing. The view is phenomenal, distance to the beach/beach access was incredible and we were thankful for all the “extras” (sheets/blanket for pack n play, keurig, several nice pots and pans, quality bedding, etc). We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful week making memories with our family!

Exceeded Expectations

The owners represent and maintain this property very well. The owners are responsive and clear on expectations. Being on the ground floor within 20 feet of parking is a very nice feature in addition to the easy beach access. The location is great. It's close to amenities but just far enough away from Destin to not be crazy. The space is well equipped and comfortable for a family. We stayed for a week over Christmas and I was surprised how quiet it was in general. The only negative is noise from the unit directly above if you are unfortunate to get someone with hyperactive kids and a soccer ball staying there. This is not something that the owners can control but they went out of their way to talk to the owners above to let them know to remind their guests of the quiet hours. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Location for Families

This was the first trip to the beach for my three year old son and 5 year old daughter. The location is absolutely perfect because you can go in and out from the beach as needed. The condo is nice, but very basic. There was not a lot of extraneous stuff for my kids to destroy. It was exactly what we were looking for. The washer and dryer was critical for us. Feedback for property managers - the trash bags provided do not fit the kitchen trash can and they are very thin and fragile. You need at least 20 gallon bags. I wished that we had brought our own. There were times when we had to triple bag the trash because the bags kept falling apart.

Our favorite place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s hands down our very favorite place to stay! Our boys are already asking us to book again. The condo is nice and clean while also providing all the basic things you need while staying there. The beach is literally right in front of you which is our favorite part. We much prefer Okaloosa island over Destin or PCB. We look forward to our next stay!
