  • Osprey 304 at Destin West. This beautifully updated three bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo includes a private balcony overlooking the lazy river and Choctawhatchee Bay. This spacious suite provides a great relaxation space for guests with plenty of privacy and calming, coastal decor.

    This vacation rental includes as master en suite, two guest rooms, living room with queen-size sleeper, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master en suite is decorated with a king-size bed, entertainment center, Jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in shower. Two guest rooms; one with a queen-size bed and one with a twin-size/ full-size bunk bed with trundle perfect for kids!

    The condo offers free WiFi and convenient access to the amenities. Guests at Osprey 304 enjoy both Gulf and Bayside swimming pools, hot tubs, Lazy River and beach and bay access at the Resort. Roomy Home away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was the perfect size for my sister and her family plus me and my family. It’s a little far from most things but worth the trek for the upgraded spacious space.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior amenities were top notch. The pool maintenance team had the water sparkling. Chairs, music and night lighting were all great. Interior cleanliness of hotel room were way below expectations. We had to clean floors and restrooms, shower curtain was moldy. Exterior door to patio could not be opened without great effort
