Good size and location for my husband and myself who are not huge beachgoers and prefer a pool most of the time. The room was clean. Could use some modernization/updates but did not detract from our stay in any way. Would stay again.

Amazing View - Convenient Location

The pool side furnishings need to be updated. Many of the lounge chairs are either broken or sun damaged. Overall the room was good but the bathroom could use some updating. You can't beat the location, view and size of the pool.

Good location and pool

Overall this unit was good but areas of improvement could be to update the bathroom, provide guests with a couple of complimentary kcups for coffee, and the property manager needs to work on getting new poolside chairs. Many of the lounge chairs are broken.The bed and sofa were comfortable. You can’t beat the pool or view at Pirates Bay.

Nice property, room efficiency size but doable. The upstairs ( assuming) was noisy all night, heavy footsteps, rolling noise of some sort. Other guests smokinv on balcony., light over microwave burned out.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean, looks exactly as pictured & had everything we needed. Great location & beautiful view of the bayside. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looks very nice. We will be back!

The condo was very nice. It was easily accessible to restaurants and activities. I do wish it would have had beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to keep renting them when we went to the beach. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

Every time someone in building closed a patio door it sounded like thunder. Screen door broken.

Great location and very clean

The room was great! Very clean and inviting, and bigger than the pictures seem. The kitchen was very well stocked with different pots and pans and utensils, and the bathroom was LOADED with extra towels and wash cloths. There was also a styrofoam cooler in the closet that was a welcome surprise. Good water pressure in the shower and a great view from the balcony. The pool area was also very, very nice. And it’s in a great location—close to most everything in FWB and just a short trip over the bridge to Destin. Will definitely be staying here again!

This property is the worst I've stayed in, as an avid traveler. The elevator scared me each time, as the door takes an anxiously long time to open, and it was not very clean and had an odor. We actually left a night early, because we could smell gas coming from the ac unit above the bed, and did not feel safe. I also caught a viral infection from breathing in the air in the unit. Mold was spotted under the bathroom sink and we could tell where it was painted over on the ceiling. Another hint of poor air quality was an abandoned looking air purifier that looked black on the top where the air comes out, we did not use it. The property is not smoke-free, people were smoking at the pool, and on their balconies, and the smell was very strong throughout the whole property. 0/10 recommend.

Nice place on the water with beautiful sunsets

Stay here for a week in May 2024. Overall, nice enough. It’s not amazing, but it’s reasonably well cared for although some of the hospitality tweaks were missing, such as pods for the Keurig, salt and pepper, etc. management was responsive when things that were missing or broken were discovered. So, they are attentive. Overall, the place was nice, the view was really beautiful for sunset, and access to the water makes it a nice place to look forward to staying. Privately we provided the management with a list of over a dozen suggestions that we think needing attending to, and they were receptive to hearing our ideas. Hopefully they’ll address those so that future guests can experience an exceptional property.

I hate writing this review, as I am a positive person but I am so upset by my experience here. Also to note, not a place for families, as we smelled and witnessed marijuana use at the pool. Location: You have to drive across a bridge to get to most restaurants, all the beaches/Destin. Said bridge in under construction, and looks like it will be for awhile... We waited in traffic 30 minutes ATLEAST every time we tried to go to the beach and/or get dinner. So frustrating, on top of everything else. Which this is not Vacasa's fault at all, but felt like it should be mentioned for those considering renting here.(Don't) I've stayed at a few Vacasa rentals before, and Im still in shock that they would put their name on this unit. Dear Vacasa -dump this place.

Birthday trip

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week Monday to Sunday, and it was amazing. The room was clean and comfy. The view was beautiful. There is no beach access though.

Clean 3rd floor unit with great view

The unit was on the 3rd floor and so had a great view of the inlet with a small harbor for yachts. The unit was clean with a great bed and it's on US 98 (Miracle Highway) with a lot of close places to dine out and shop. It was a relatively short drive to the beaches.

Our stay was great. Only issue we had was with the thermostat. I assume it was internet controlled we would wake up hot because what we had the thermostat set on would change during the night.

We loved are room. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. View was awesome. Close to the beach etc. The only problem we had was the Pool was closed all week. With no reason given. Just a sign saying. Pool closed. We figured it was water related. So that was very unfortunate but things happen. We would definitely like to know just out of curiosity what the problem was. Thanks for checking on us and all the notifications on what to do. We had a good time.
