Our family will definitely try to book here again next year! From the gated parking, proximity to elevator and boardwalk, and the decor and furniture, everything was excellent. Beautiful views of the ocean where we saw dolphins daily. The two beach chairs and umbrella included are such a great perk. Absolutely recommend.

Great Beach Stay

Great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and it's far enough away from the pool so that you can't hear the when the kids are playing. You can tell it's been updated recently and it looks better than the pictures. In addition, the shower water pressure is AMAZING and the towels are super soft. It's on a nice part of the beach, a little busy but far enough away from the big spring break crowds that it's not crazy. Having access to the building's umbrella and chairs set up on the beach was an added bonus. The only downside is that the cleaners came right at 10am so there was no way to extend our last morning at the beach.

Lovely Condo

Overall, the condo and building were clean. Both could use some updates. I noticed that there was vinyl plank under our bed, so I would assume the entire floor of the condo will be updated soon. The floor in the kitchen was soft in front of the fridge, and the bathrooms could use an update as well. I have never had to use a paid washer/dryer, so when I went to the bottom floor to use the laundry room, I was shocked to see it was 5 to wash and 5 to dry for one hour. After some searching, I see that it is the going rate for most laundry mats. The view from our balcony was wonderful, and the neighbors were quiet during our stay. We had a power outage in the building for a split second, which caused the A/C to quit. The host was able to fix it quickly. My teenage son enjoyed the pool on the bottom floor. We would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice condo

We have stayed at the Island Echos complex several times. This was our first time in this unit. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated. Bathrooms were dated but that was no problem. On Sunday we found the toaster was broken, let management know and by early afternoon there was a new one at our door! Our only disappointment was no washer and dryer. We always had one in the other units we stayed in. 5 bucks a load to wash and dry is crazy! This is the only thing that will probably keep us from renting this unit again. Kind of a dealbreaker for us. But do recommend for those who don’t care. Also loved the beach service!

Great location

Condo was nice. There were a few minor things that were a small inconvenience, but over all very nice. The chair service was great—they didn’t allow people to set up in front of you, water pressure in the showers was fantastic—made getting all the sand/saltwater off so easy, beds were comfortable, and the entire condo was very clean! I loved most that it is right on the beach—like when you leave the condo it’s literally right there so no long walks through the hot sand to get close to the water. There were three things we didn’t love. One was the door to the balcony was SOOO hard to open—I’m sure this is an easy fix. The second is there is no washer/dryer in the room. There are several down on the main floor, but half the credit card machines don’t work and it’s either quarters or credit card. So take lots of quarters if you plan to do laundry—and I just like not having to pack much and doing my laundry in the room. The third thing was it was two bedroom and two bathrooms but neither bedroom was connected to a bathroom or the balcony so you had to leave your room to go to the bathroom or out on the balcony. None of these things would keep us from going back—just the minor details that we didn’t love. Overall we would definitely stay here again! The beach and the water are stunning.
