Very spacious and comfy condo, home ❤️Sunset in Paradise Sunset Cottages located on beautiful, quiet Okaloosa Island, We have 3 condos available to rent in the same condo community. 1 1/2 miles from Hwy 98 and downtown Fort Walton Beach. Also have two additional lower unit condos available for rent, contact owner for details.........6-miles from downtown Destin, Florida. Considered the 'New Destin West Beach resort area' but No streets to cross!!! Only 100 yards to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful condominium with excellent floor plan. Sleeps six (6) people comfortably. This large one bedroom condominium has (2) built-in twin size bunkbeds, a large pull out sofa bed, and the master bedroom has a large California king size bed. This unit has two (2) televisions, one (1) in the living room and one (1)in the master bedroom, both equiped with DVD player as well as Internet access.  Two (2) large balconies. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwaher. microwave (Pots, pans, dishes,silverware, blender,coffee pot, toaster, Too much to list...) Everything needed to enjoy your vacation. This unit also has a Washer / dryer located in the unit for your convience. This is a very well maintained and extremely clean unit! (Recently built in 2000) If your looking for a very clean, quiet condo for an enjoyable family get-away or a couples retreat then this is the one for you! **Check-out is10:00am **Check-in 4:00pm unless approved by cleaning and management.

Would recommend to anyone!! Clean, quiet, great places to eat nearby and the shortest walk to the beach we've ever had. The included beach chairs and umbrella was the cherry on top. Will definitely be back.

Great location and perfect for family stay

The property was a great find, so close to the beach and with pool access. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, and we had a great time relaxing from the heat and humidity inside. Next time we’ll visit in a different month so we can take advantage of the porch areas, listening to the ocean.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect condo for a quick beach weekend with my family. The condo was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and a very short walk to the beach. The beach setup was an added bonus! We were very thankful to be able to bring our fur baby along with us. We will definitely be returning to Sunset in Paradise!

**Review of Our Stay at Fort Walton Beach Condo** We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at the condo in Fort Walton Beach! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how impeccably clean everything was. The bathrooms, kitchen, dishes, couches, and beds were all spotless. Speaking of the beds—wow, they were super comfortable! It felt like sleeping on a cloud every night. The décor was incredible and went beyond the typical beach vibes. We loved every touch, from the art on the walls to the cozy, coastal-inspired details that made the place feel special. One of our favorite features was the kitchen island on wheels—such a clever and convenient addition! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil or gadget you could ever need. And the fridge? It was so clean, we thought it was brand new, as if we were the first ones to use it. A highlight of our trip was getting to meet the owners, Ron and Michelle. They were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. They even made our dog feel loved and comfortable, which meant the world to us! The two balconies were such a treat. Even though the first couple of days were a bit gloomy and we couldn’t get to the beach right away, we didn’t mind at all. The condo was so cozy, with a big-screen TV, a comfy couch, and games to keep us entertained. Just sitting on the balcony, enjoying the peacefulness, was perfect. Girls trip/ birthday trip

We booked a pretty last minute stay for 4th of July weekend. We love Ft Walton and we found this adorable cottage steps from the beach. We had a very comfortable king size bed with a pair of bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed which was perfect for 5 women! The cottage was so clean and perfect in every aspect I would definitely book with Michelle again she was a great host and very easy to be in touch with!
