The Space:

This incredible property was built for your family's vacation in mind including a private heated pool. The common area living room features 12' ceilings, a kitchen island with bar seating, dining room table & a large private balcony. Four master bedrooms with king beds & a bunkroom with 2 bunk beds.



FIRST FLOOR - large open kitchen/dining/living room, 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, laundry room, half bath

SECOND FLOOR - 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

The house was perfect and exactly what we wanted ! Having the private pool was fantastic. Easy to get to the beach (we rented golf carts but could easily walk). I highly recommend these rentals. (Do not like the stove / oven but not a deal breaker.).

Even better than advertised!

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Feels high end and luxurious. The house itself and pool make up for the lack of a great view. Only two negatives: water pressure on the left side of the house was very weak and the floors, although swept clean, badly needed mopped. We just went and bought a mop. The house was spotless otherwise and adequately supplied. We would definitely return and recommend.

Summer vacation

Easy check in process via email and door code given before 4pm check in time. Enough ammenities to start the trip such as dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towels, etc. PoolArea was nice and clean. Pool towels were provided so we could keep our sandy beach towels separate. A few beach toys were included - we used the boogie board quite a bit. Overall the house was very nice for our group of 12. My only request for a house that size is more comfortable couch seating for a large party - couch and 2 chairs in living room sat 6 so rest of party when lounging together has to sit at dining table or bar. Overall amazing house and would love to book again next summer!

“So Close to the Beach, You’ll Skip Your Plans!”

We booked this beach rental for a fun ladies' trip to a conference... but the house and location were so perfect, we ended up ditching the conference altogether. Seriously—it’s that good.The house was super clean, the beach is literally right across the street, and the private pool (which can be heated!) made it hard to even want to leave. There was plenty of parking, and we loved having so many food options just a short walk away—no need to hop in the car constantly.Only things to keep in mind: if you’re noise-sensitive, know that the duplex setup means you might hear the neighbors pretty clearly. And there are a lot of stairs, so it’s not the best choice for anyone with mobility issues.But otherwise? Absolute gem. Already dreaming about our next stay!

The place was beautiful, but the floor was dirty. If you didn’t wear your shoes, you had black feet. We needed a mop, which would’ve solved everything.Not trying to sound harsh, The place was beautiful, friendly landlords, but with a full house, we could’ve used a mop in a broomThe place was awesome
