DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Summer Place 305 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, third floor, beachfront condominium on Okaloosa Island. This unit in newly furnished with upscale furniture and decor. The private balcony, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room, provides an unbeatable ocean view where dolphins can commonly been seen daily. The Master bedroom has a king bed, large flat screen TV, balcony access, and private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and adjoin the second full bathroom, which is also accessible from the hallway. There is a separate bunk room with a TV for kids. The living room can sleep two on a queen sofa bed, and features a large Flat Screen TV. The full kitchen has modern appliances with seating for 10, perfect for dining in.

Summer Place Resort is located at 1111 Santa Rosa Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, 32548, directly adjacent to the popular Waterscape Resort. This central location on Okaloosa Island puts you just minutes from all of Destin's local attractions. The ocean here features beautifully clear, emerald blue water, which is home to dolphins and other fun-to-watch sea friends. Relax in the sun here beside our two pools and hot tub or take a stroll to the nearby Okaloosa Island fishing pier. There are several nearby beachfront restaurants that are within walking distance to Summer Place, and all of Destin's famous attractions are within only a few minutes' drive.

Perfect Beach View

Our overall stay was amazing. The place was well kept. The furniture in the livingroom could definitely use an upgrade, but we weren’t there to spend our time in the livingroom :). The pools and hot tub were well kept. The ocean color is a beautiful emerald, and white soft sandy beaches! Free beach chairs were a plus and easy to access.

Great view! Pools are awesome. The beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was that the washer wouldn't work on cold cycle had to use warm, called the after hours number to sunset rentals and left a message but never got a return call. The bunk room breaker tripped once and we called and someone answered and she was very sweet and helped us fix the issue. The unit itself was great.

We had a great stay at Summer Place. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. It was a great location close to shops and restaurants. My only complaint would be the pools were too cold to swim in. I know they turn the heaters on seasonally and maybe we were not in the right season for them to be on but we were hoping to utilize the pools more. Other than that we had a wonderful vacation and would stay there again

Great Place

This property was very clean! The employees tested and adjusted the water every morning. They even went around and wiped all the lounge chairs each morning. The 3rd floor provided a perfect view of the ocean while also allowing you to be close to the pool. The lobby and elevator was kept exceptionally clean as well. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony had plenty of seating.

Summer Place is the Perfect Family Getaway Spot

We had an amazing time at Summer Place in April. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. It is in the less busy part of the beach, but just over the bridge is Destin with tons of activities and restaurants. The pools and hot tub were well maintained and my children made many friends there. The beach chair set up daily was very convenient. The pier is also very close. The kids fished off of the pier and there was 4 restaurants and ice cream at the pier. Overall, we will definitely be back to Summer place again next year and would love to stay in 305!

Beach Vacation

We have come down to The Destin, Fort Walton Beach and Alabama beach for years now. This is the first time staying in Fort Walton beach and we loved Summer Place. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We had 4 teens and 2 adults. It was clean and the perfect size for us to be on our own when we wanted but together when we wanted. Thank you for letting us enjoy the beach front property. Sitting on the patio was our favorite! I love how you can see the firework show on Wednesday nights from the patio!

Very nice condo & location

Condo was as advertised. Clean and nice layout. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Building was very nice and pool great bonus. Our part of the beach was not over crowded. We would stay again for sure!

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton Beach. Condo and beach were perfect for a family. Easy/short walk to pool and beach. Quick drive to grocery and walk to pizza and seafood restaurants. Everything was wonderful.

Very nice!
