Beachfront living starts at this bright condo with a furnished balcony all set up for you to take in a view of the Gulf. But that's just the start of the fun at this comfy ocean-themed condo full of bright touches. Central air conditioning will ensure that you can relax in comfort, and hardwood-style floors throughout are perfect for flip-flops. A private washer/dryer is on hand for beach towels. Have fun cooking up meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with the all-important breakfast bar for pre-beach breakfasts. Guests will be able to enjoy access to a shared pool, tennis court, and fitness room during their stay. But with such a prime beachfront location, you might find yourself running off to the shore every day.

Great Spring Break Spot

Great view

We went to Ft. Walton just for a quick trip with friends. This was the perfect condo for us. It had everything we needed plus a surprisingly great view! The only thing about it that wasn’t perfect was the Washer/Dryer. I wouldn’t plan to wash all your clothes before you pack to go home. Several places to each just a short walk away. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay on the beach!

Loved the location, it was right on the beach. Very clean, and staff helped us refill the bathroom shampoo right away! 708 has a lovely side view of the ocean in the living room. The washing machine was not working properly during our stay. Also note there is only one hand soap provided, so you may need to pack extra. Our kids loved the pool!

Super nice!

Unit 708 was beautiful, comfortable & clean, it was perfect! The only thing missing was a TV in the main bedroom. I would definitely stay again!

It is a little tight. Not much room to move around. Several items were broken/non-functioning such as a couple of lamps. I would have liked to known that a hair dryer was not provided nor any laundry detergent.

Our room was clean.. but smelled like stale cigarettes when we 1st got in. We washed a few small loads of laundry during our stay and the washer didnt drain properly. The tub and sink in the 2nd bathroom also had problems draining. It was a safe place to stay but probably wouldnt stay there again.

Great Spot for a Getaway!

We had a small group and this place was perfect for the weekend! It’s right near some great restaurants, the grocery store, and everything you would need! I will plan to book again soon and definitely recommend!
