Cerro Azul welcomes you and yours! Located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach directly on Gulf-front property, Cerro Azul offers the luxurious coastal getaway your family has been waiting for. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse has been gutted and rebuilt from the studs, offering a one-of-a-kind floorplan at SeaCliffs including a custom wet bar, custom outdoor grilling area, larger closets, larger pantry, larger laundry room, and an expansive primary bathroom with a rain head and body sprayers. No expense was spared in the renovation of this unit, from the building finishes to the furniture curated by Liv Vacations, where every piece was hand selected from our area's most exclusive showrooms. A fully-equipped custom kitchen with high-end appliances caters to all levels of culinary expertise. Enjoy direct gated beach access just behind your back door using our (6) provided beach chairs with built-in umbrellas, beach wagon, and small cooler. We provide a high chair and a Pack & Play for a more hassle-free experience for traveling parents. You also have plenty of dining options within walking distance along with ample vendor options for beach activities.

This property is fitted with a Ring doorbell (video + audio) which faces the parking area in front of the property. This system helps us efficiently resolve any parking issues such as unauthorized vehicles which need to be towed, and to provide strengthened security for our guests. This camera operates 24/7.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

The property was nice. Very spacious with gorgeous view of beach from inside the townhouse. Loved that the beach was right outside our back door and was private. I was able to get beautiful surest pictures from the back deck.

Fabulous Townhouse

The townhouse is very upscale and elegantly appointed. Very, very clean when we arrived. The location cannot be beat. Loved, loved everything about it. So much so we booked a week for next year already.

Unbeatable location

All of 30a is great. Close to great restaurants and all the other beach towns. The condo is one of the best we have stayed in on Blue mountain beach. To be able to walk out and down to the beach from our patio is what we look for. Wonderful

You can't be any closer to the beach than this

This is such a great spot for a small family. The best feature is having the beach just steps away from your back door! The unit itself is nice, but could use a few more updates to make it really top notch.

Stunning Oceanfront Townhome

I can not say enough nice things about this listing. We have stayed in several units in Sea Cliffs over the years. All wonderful but this unit was definitely a standout. Beautifully updated and well appointed in every aspect. We loved it so much, we are already booked for next year!

Nice townhome, close to beach

The townhouse was clean with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the quick access to the beach. The management company contacted me via text to check in on us. They were very responsive and it was an easy way to contact them. We had a great vacation!

Great vacation at Blue Mountain Beach

Overall, this property is great. We came for the beach and it did not disappoint. The condo is located directly on the beach and offers spectacular views. The town is very quaint and offers some great little restaurants and shops. The property managers were great to work with. We had no issues during our stay. Even my husband, who is not a huge fan of the beach, said he enjoyed himself and would come back.
