  • Unit 2131: Beautiful one bedroom, one bath that sleeps 4 with a king bed and has a sofa sleeper in the living room. Located directly on the beach with gorgeous views. Sandpiper Cove , a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Perfect little spot!

Condo had everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. The balcony is literally as close to the ocean as you can get and the walk to the beach on the boardwalk was very easy and doable with 2 kids. The pool with the hot tubs across the street was perfect for unwinding after being on the beach all day.

The view of the beach was exactly what I was looking for. 5 star view. The condo wad adequate for my needs. I was more interested in having spectacular mornings and evenings at the beach and I was was more than satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely go back.

There is a Winn Dixie and a Walgreens less than 5 minutes away. We were there about every day. We love that this condo is right on the beach. The view was gorgeous. Perfect for our family of 4!

A very panoramic veiw of the ocean, perfect for dolphin watching! Owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We received our codes promptly in an email. Definitely will always choose these owners for our stays Destin is a paradise and if you travel about 10 miles there's a nice dog park where they can swim in the Bay

You cannot get a better view than that! I brought my son and my mom down for my sons graduation trip. He’s never been to Destin! He fell in love. The property could use some updating but that wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. We love sitting on the deck listening to the waves every morning!

Paradise with our dog

Our condo had the best views, only yards away from the crashing waves. I like that it is only a two story building, although loading and unloading was a workout as there are 3 staircases to navigate. We stayed on the second level. They allowed pets which was a big bonus. The unit was clean, but definitely could use an overall paint job along with the end tables in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen could use some love. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Great location close to good restaurants and a dog park. We would stay there again.

Very nice views and neighborhood!

Really not a lot of complaints, the views were amazing, neighborhood had everything you could need, and the locals were really nice. Sometimes communication between the host took awhile but they always responded. One of the sheets were dirty upon arrival and and their pots and pans were borderline unusable due to being too dirty or rusted but other than that it was an amazing place to stay for a nice beach view!

Location, Location, Location

This unit is in the most beautiful location with easy access to the beach. The unit was not as clean as it could have been as it appeared the floor had not been swept and mopped and furniture was dusty but was otherwise clean and no bugs. The unit floors are in need of some repair from apparent moisture issues. I did have issues with accessing the unit on arrival, but the host was very friendly and helpful. It was a huge plus that the unit was pet friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The views cannot be beat!!

I'm kinda freaked out by ALL the extra fees...I guess it is what it is, but nearly Thirteen hundred for 3 short nights is high for this property. Cannot get in till 4pm on day 1, out at 10am is pretty tough too if ya ask me. Not a super clean place, and dont expect much in the way of kitchen "amenities", but this unit has a nice beach side view, and the bed was comfortable.

Great view, nice condo complex with multiple pools, short 9 hole golf, 8 excellent PB and 3 tennis courts. Condo needs work. Sliding door doesn’t lock. Windows don’t open. Poor kitchen amenities. Dirty light bulbs and fixtures. Great floor plan, with nice bed. No HVAC or TV instructions. Comfortable roomy couch but overall not a “welcoming “ experience.
