Market Street Inn is located at The Village of Baytowne Wharf right in the heart of the Resort. The tropical swimming pool complex is the best kept secret at the Resort! With plenty of lounge seating, the swimming pool complex offers a hot tub, cold tub, grill and picnic area, a play yard, and a children's pool - all anchored by an impressive zero entry sparkling blue swimming pool.

Located on the 4th floor at Market Street Inn, this 1BR-2BA condo offers a spectacular view of the tropical pool complex. Recently updated with relaxation in mind, the tasteful décor reflects peaceful coastal colors in muted tones. The living area is designed with comfortable seating including a queen sleeper sofa and a 55" HDTV-DVD. Our kitchen is fully equipped for ease with meal preparation. The bedroom offers a king bed with a new mattress and an adjoining full bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Conveniently located for guest’s use is an additional full bath with a shower. For added convenience, there is a stackable washer/dryer in the condo, and WIFI is complimentary.

Amenities unique to Market Street Inn are a fitness center, community BBQ grills and covered parking. A quick elevator ride downstairs opens to all the action at Baytowne Wharf. Hop on the complimentary tram and take a ride to the most beautiful beach with bright white sand and clear blue water!

The Baytowne Wharf is a real delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a childrens’ playground. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events. Fireworks are a weekly treat on summer nights. The amenities that the Resort offers are extensive and include 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14+ tennis courts, a full marina, tennis center, and 3 championship golf courses.

Wonderful Unit with Great Location

Condo was everything it was advertised. Exceeded our expectations and the description on Vrbo. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in was seamless. Long weekend beach getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband and me. One bedroom, 2 baths, overlooking a very nice pool. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The Baytowne community is lovely with restaurants, shopping, golf and tennis availability. The only negative is the lack of beach access. We were able to drive to a public access area, and there are trams available, but being able to walk to the beach would be nice.

Perfect family condo - steps from pool!

This condo is in a great location and steps away from the elevator and pool. Baytowne Wharf in general is very family friendly and there are lots of attractions for toddlers to teens. This condo is only about a 4 minute walk to Baytowne Wharf/the tram to the beach and has beach chairs and sand toys. Also a large space for a one bedroom, bedroom fit our pack and play just fine and there was still plenty of room.

Everything was beyond expectations on this condo located in the heart of Baytowne, close to shops, bars and restaurants with live music, yet very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the nice view from the balcony overlooking the pool and interior garden. The kitchen was spotless and full of utensils, downside the stove was old and apparently not safe to use it. On the other hand, having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus. Overall, a great experience.

Baytown

This is a fantastic property! Had a little hiccup getting the access code to the property due to technical issues, but the management team and Phyllis were wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them. Phyllis even called later in the day to make sure we were taken care of. The property was immaculate and just as pictured. We had coffee each morning on the large balcony overlooking the pool. Very quiet area not able to hear the going’s on in Baytown. The space was perfect for my sister and I. Two full bathrooms were a plus. Thanks for sharing your home I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was exactly what we wanted for a beach vacation with our baby. The location was great & in walking distance to restaurants and activities to where we could just stroll right out the building. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner did not work for majority of our stay. To keep the room cool during the night we would have to turn the air off during the day. The property was clean except for the trash left in the cabinets under the sink. Other than that, the unit was very roomy and had everything we needed.

4th night FREE??

This place is absolutely perfect! Extremely clean and cozy. The ad doesn't do justice. You can see the pool from the balcony, they have all the beach gear you need, two full bathrooms, kitchen utensils, and even family games! The location is amazing, with restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream, and fun, all inside the complex at walking distance. We even had a live band one night! If you can drive, you can park in the garage. The pillars are a minor annoyance only if you drive a big vehicle. The beach is less than 5 minutes away, on the other side, with parking, bathrooms, restaurant/bar. My only issue is the title of the ad, the price I got quoted, was the price I paid. If the discount is already in the price they should make that clear.
